It's called No Signal, and it's short clips of "TV shows" as someone changes the channel. One show is called Chavvy Wavvys, making fun of preschool shows such as the Teletubbies and Tweenies, by making the characters chavs. First one was about Whether Chavvy Daughter was pregnant, and the second is about Chavvy Daddy annoying his next door neighbours by making lots of noise.
