I also think they are looking for Disney bus crashes. If this happened anywhere else, it would not even been noticed. Now the part about " how could he not have seen the bus.", my niece when she first got her license, she ran into a parked semi! How could you run into a semi, She said "she did not see it!" This was long before cell phones and all the other driver distractions!
