I think that was him. He played the snotty troublemaking son of one of the Admiral's girlfriends. But an interesting fact I just found on www.imdb.com: he is the stepson of Donald Bellisario, the creater of JAG & NCIS & lots more TV shows.

Precisely: There are 39 weeks between the beginning of the Fall Season and the end of the Spring Season. Each show will produce 22 episodes:
39 - 22 = 17
17 weeks during which CBS will preempt the program or will present a rerun, before the season finale.

No, that's Patrick Labyorteaux, who played Bud Roberts, Jr. Now the guy who played his brother is Sean's stepbrother, Michael Bellisario. Michael was also on NCIS as Abby's lab tech who wanted to get revenge on Tony.

Yes. That was what I was trying to say, but it came out wrong. He did play Chip, the guy who wanted revenge on Tony--in fact, an episode with him in it was on last night on USA.
