Howdy folks... we are back from a very long day... and ready to sleep... but I wanted to give an update on crowds and weather. The weather today was cool and rainy. Luckily the rain stopped by lunch time but it really never did warm up. So we had on sweatshirts the whole day. I already told you about our experience at Epcot... for those of you headed down you'll definitely want to arrive at the parks early for the really popular rides... when we got to the Studios (around 2:00) FPs for RnR were already gone for the day, and the park was very full. We ended up watching the Block Party Bash, catching the 4:00 American Idol Experience... then Honey I Shrunk the Kids Playground, meet and greet with Lightning and Mater, and the Animation Studio... that was all we could do before dinner at Mama Melrose. Dinner was good as usual, there were 12 of us total at dinner and everyone liked their food. I was named "Chef of the Day" and got a special dessert and chef hat with my name on it that said Happy Birthday. So that was neat.

I took a TON of pictures, but I'm too sleepy to upload them tonight. After dinner we did Star Tours (walk on), the Great Movie Ride (20 minutes), and the kids loved the Dance Party at Playhouse Disney. We did some shopping, and that was it. We never did get a chance to do any of the popular rides. (like ToT, RnR, Toy Story, etc) And there was no Fantasmic tonight which I thought was suprising since it was an EMH evening until 11:00 PM. But we are heading back early in the morning to attempt to get FPs for Toy Story Mania. My best advice to everyone is to use early mornings and late nights .... and of course of FP for things you really want to do.
Tomorrow's plan: Toy Story Mania, RnR, ToT, then lunch at Sci-fi. Hopefully a swimming break after that if the weather warms up... then dinner at the Kona Cafe followed by some shopping at DTD (no parks are open late tomorrow night). And it will be my BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!

But don't ask me how old I'll be!!
Good night!!!!!!
