The much needed vacation.......

Great trip report! We'll be going to Universal in a couple weeks....
Where did you meet spongebob (the character)? My son would love that....

They got to meet Spongebob right when you get off Jimmy Neutron in the store attached to the ride!!! He must wonder Universal side too but we saw him twice after the ride

SATURDAY OCTOBER 3

This day was not to much different from the rest. We rode on Paradon Flyers and of course my eldest had to go on Dudley AGAIN!!!

That night I know that I was able to go to City Walk and just hang out with my sister a bit....nothing too exciting tho!

My sister thought she was being funny with my camera....I will teach her

The Flyers are great fun if you are NOT afraid of heights. You can only ride if you have a smaller child with you though. They were reall y inforcining that rule when we were there at the begining of the month.

When we were on our last trip we were told that during the first hour after the park opened anyone could ride. We went there early on one of our mornings (since our guys were all a bit too big to be "kids"), and probably still waited about 20 minutes. I had thought it would be a fun way to view the park, but was amazed how short the ride was. Like from the time you start out and actually can look around until you're pulling in the station again seemed to be about 30 seconds! I definitely wouldn't wait for it again, with or without kids, but am glad we tried it once!

SUNDAY OCTOBER 4 ( Sea World Day)

We were up around 8 am ( I was up earlier of course )
We all had something quick to eat in our room before we went downstairs to request our Taxi Van to Sea World ( we wanted to go earlier than the Hotel Shuttle left).
When we arrived at Sea World a very nice gentleman stopped us and asked if we had pre paid tickets ( we did) and than escorted us to an empty turnstile area.
We rode Journey To Atlantis. I took a picture of the picture the ride was selling.......my DH & DS are in the front and I am in the second row!!

We walked around the park a little bit because nothing was really open yet. We headed over to the Dolphin Show (forgive me, I forget the actual name of the show). The 5 of us got amazing seats in the middle front (you could get wet zone )
This show was AMAZING, I will recommend it to everyone because it was so artistically done

After the show we ventured over to the kiddie area The boys LOVED the rides and play area.

On our way out of the kiddie area we walked the path that Spooktacular was on......too many strollers with people that believe that they are the only people on the path.
My sister along with the 3 boys (DH included) fed the dolphins, I believe they had a great experience...me BOY WAS IT HOT...I could feel something dripping on me so I was looking around, I figured it out...It was the crease in my elbow sweating from holding up the camera!!

We watched SHAMU...wow is he BIG!!! It was a GREAT show as well. We needed that little rest out of the sun......my DS and sister got wet...LOL!!!

My sister & DH told me that I should try KRAKEN??? Let me tell you how I HATE roller coasters ESPECIALLY if they go upside down!!! Well silly me, there was no wait time basically so off I go with DH...I STILL HATE UPSIDE DOWN roller coasters.
I was feeling a little out of sorts??? So we wondered back over to Shark Encounter, we had dining reservations in an hour or so but they said they could get us in quickly. AHHHHH, just what I needed to sit and rest....and see a shark coming at me with crazy BIG teeth!!!! I just had a salad and stuffed mushrooms, they were both really good. We all finished up at off we went.

After I could kinda find my bearings we wondered over to where my DH & sister could go on MANTA!! They waited for 20 minutes or so and they were on! Both my DH & sister say the coaster was AMAZING...I will take their word for it!! We had rented a double stroller so our youngest FINALLY decided he should take a nap!!! It was probably 6 pm by now??? My Dh & sister found us after the road the coaster and off we went to find a taxi van back to the RPR, the free shuttle had already left.
Another day for my already tired feet but it was lots and lots of fun!!
Again we had a swim and my hubby had to get back to the room to watch the late game (football was on)!!!
