I loved your report and love so many of the last night pictures in front of the castle. The last night in Disney makes me still cry...as do I cry the last day, even with three kids in tow (normally the girls cry too). Enjoy the WL and I will be anxious to hear about this trip.
The boat driver is what makes disney magic so great... CM that go out of their way... I keep going back for those little moments of magic too.

I wanted to share with you guys some details about our May trip!!

First, we are so excited about heading over to Disney in May. We always go in June or July due to my teacher schedule. Well, this year, I don't have my own classroom, so I am able to take time off in the school year. I am also excited because it will be the Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot!!

This trip was supposed to be a celebration for DMIL's birthday, however she decided not to go because the people who she planned on rooming with cannot make it due to health reasons or work related reasons. We told her she should still come since we are going for her birthday, but she didn't want to come if she had no one to room with. We felt bad and were going to cancel or move the dates, but she insisted that we go and stop feeling bad. I just love my MIL! We will just have to plan a 2011 trip with her and DH's family.

Here is the plan:

We are staying May 1 - May 8 at the Wilderness Lodge in a Wood's View room.

We are doing the Dining Plan again. Here is what our schedule looks like so far...

May 1 - Arrival Day - Check in at 3:00
5:00 PM ADR at Whispering Canyon (first time!)
After dinner we going to DHS for hopefully some rides and Fantasmic at 9:00!

May 2 - Magic Kingdom - EMH until 1 AM!
5:00 PM ADR at 'Ohana!!

May 3 - DHS - EMH until 10:00 PM
5:15 ADR at Sci-Fi Diner (first time!)

May 4 - Epcot for Flower & Garden Festival/World Showcase
Hopefully some swimming at the resort before dinner.
7:40 PM ADR at Cali Grill!
We may try and head to DTD after dinner, but we will see how we feel.

May 5 - Epcot
4:30 PM ADR for Le Cellier

May 6 - Animal Kingdom
7:35 ADR at Shutters at the Caribbean Beach resort. This was going to be Chef Mickey's, but we had been there so many times and we wanted to check out a moderate resort, and it seemed that Shutters had a good menu.
After dinner we want to try mini golfing since we will near the courses.

May 7 - Magic Kingdom
5:05 PM ADR for 1900 Park Fare. I am so excited to visit the GF again!

May 8 - Check Out So there you have it! I am excited about eating at some of our fave eateries and trying some new ones.

I cannot believe we only have 1 month to go!! We are so ready to be going back!!

I completely forgot to put up pictures from the beach part of our trip.

We spent 5 relaxing nights in Northern Naples at a resort called La Playa. They had a lovely pool area and the gulf was just steps from our room.

As you can see, we visited the Naples zoo...it HOT that day--we did not stay very long!!

This baby bear was so cute and playful!

We had fun mini golfing

We had lovely sunsets each and every night.

Though I love the bustle of a WDW vacation, there is something soooo nice about swimming in the Gulf and watching the sunset! Glad you guys had a wonderful honeymoon!
Great May plans! We like to mix it up with old favorites/new places, too. I am very interested in Shutters/WCC, so I can't wait to hear what you guys think of them. Have a wonderful trip!

Glad you had a super terrific day though....I see how wet your dh got from Splash Mnt! What a super fantastic honeymoon though and I agree with you about how special Disney makes everything! Your photos from Naples brought back fond memories....my DH and I got married on the beach at La Playa 5 years ago this month! We had a destination wedding there and a dinner reception in their restaurant, Baleen. We also stayed in a beachfront room similar to yours (if not the same one!!). We have many similar photos - enjoyed the beautiful sunsets there too.

How cool that you were married at La Playa!! We actually saw a wedding going on on the 4th of July on the beach..they had a lovely sunset...it was so beautiful!!! Congrats on your anniversary!

I 100% agree with watching sunsets on the Gulf--I never get enough!! I am interested in Shutters and WCC too seeing as we have never been and have no idea what to expect! Thank you for reading along!
