T-Rex - food is ok, but ig was the atmosphere that did it for us! Our kids loved going there to see the dinosaurs and play in the boneyard. Once they got older we dropped it off our list, but when they were young it was one of their favorite places to go. FWIW
Thank you for that, I'm pretty excited for my 4YO to go to T-Rex as she loves dinosaurs! We're less than two weeks away and the stress that planning for this trip caused finally seems worth it. Now it's on to the drive down from DC. I did the trip about 5 years ago straight through, however we're breaking it up into a 2 day experience stopping in Savannah, GA. Started checking the weather and it's looking like scheduled thunderstorms, however that could clear up or be a 30-40 min shower so we're not too worried.
My wife has taken over the "pre-purchase lists" for items such as sunscreen, toiletries, etc etc so thankfully I wont have to worry about that.
Only thing left is second guessing myself staying in the garden view at Contemporary vs just paying the extra to stay inside the main tower. Oh well!
Also it's only the second time I'll have been to Universal and first time since they added HPW, so my wife and I are excited to explore + who doesn't want all the Duff Beer they can handle
