OK -- I was on the WDW board looking around because we might plan a trip there. I saw this thread about the cutest things people had seen in the park. I was in tears by the end of the thread LOL.
What magical stories do you have???
I shared a story about my grandpa -- he was very sick and wasn't going to make it too much longer (we as kids didn't know to the extent of how sick he was). He didn't want to go to WDW with all of us grandkids because he didn't want to ride in a wheelchair (very proud man who didn't want to accept the fact that he couldn't do everything by himself). We really wanted him to come, but he wouldn't. Well, I think he could tell how excited we all were, so he decided to go. He was very sick, very tired, but he went to see the magic for his grandkids!! It was the last memory I have of him before he passed and I feel blessed it was in such a happy place.
Something cute at our trip to Disneyland last month --
We were at Ariel's Grotto and my 3 year old little girl fell in love with the prince looking character that came around (Hector?). She was totally vying for his attention. So he comes over and talks to my girls and takes a picture. He went to leave and my little one chased him down and gave him a gigantic hug and had this dreamy smile on her face
She just stared at him. So cute. Ahh, I just love the magical pixie dust!
