Is there one or is downtown disney in walking distance to the DLH?
I have been to Disney world more times then I can count, but DL stuff seems so foreign to me.

No the monorail stops at one end of DTD, then you have to walk through DTD to the other end to get to the DLH.

No monorail going, but it is extremely close. You cross a street that is basically nonexistent traffic-wise (it's an internal street) and you're in DTD. Really, everything at Disneyland is very, very close together. Then, to get to the parks, you can just walk through DTD or you could hop the monorail to get to DL or even go to DCA through the GCH. I'd say that the entire length of DTD in DLR is about the distance of the West Side of DTD in WDW, plus just a little bit.

another thing is that the monorail drops you off into TL.....so you miss walking through main st etc. This is either good or bad depending on your point of view!
