I hope you all know what I mean... cant remember the name!! When does this start, is it over entire christmas season... and how much is it? Can you just turn up and buy tickets or is it best to book... am going 19th to 23rd! yippeeee!!!!!!!!

I assume you mean Mickeys WInterwonderland show.

I think its on all Christmas season and is in the Chapperal theatre in Fronierland. You dont need tickets for it you just turn up and queue. The theatre is massive so holds loads of people but be warned it is a cold theatre.
Theres no charge for the show

the early magic hours! we are there wed to sunday... so we get them on the fri/sat/sun! i want to make most of them! we know peter pan will be first on out list! but what others would you put on there, that are a long wait in the day? And any tips... to get there early as possible.
and on the thursday... i am then assuming park doesnt open until 10.... what we going to do until then!!!!!! haha, my kids are up at 5/6 ish! they are 4 and 1!
any tips please!

The character express will be on several times a day - it goes up Mainstreet and round Central Plaza and back again. Most times it stops in Central palza and characters get off for meet and greet but be prepared for the scrum.

There will be the Once upon a Dream parade which will have a Christmas bit added.

Times will be released nearer the time.

During EMH we usually do Peter Pan a few times, then Dumbo, Carrousel, Pinochio, teacups in that order then head for Discoveryland for Buzz.

If you are there for the start of EMH at 8.00 it will be much quieter.

With your youngsters, I'd suggest you do as many Fantasyland rides as you can during EMH every day you can - as they all build up queues after 10am.

Buzz is also open during EMH, and you can race through the queueing area there during EMH, which you can't do after 10am (and the fastpass for Buzz may still have you waiting 15 minutes or so to get on the ride, as the fastpass line joins the main line right at the beginning of the queueing area).

Don't forget to listen out for the snow on Main St - you will hear some truly magical tinkly music, then it starts snowing !

On the days you don't have EMH, have breakfast then have a play in reception, and wait for the characters to come to your hotel - they usually arrive around 8am, if not before, and these are queued meet n greets. You often can get photos, autographs etc with very little waiting at the hotels in the mornings.

Your hotel will have a bulletin board up somewhere around reception, which will tell you which characters, and when, are coming to your hotel on which days.

oh wow thank you!! i am in sante fe, do they have charecters some to sante fe? oh brill, will do that. also i didnt know about the music on main street! so thanks for that hint!! so excited! but nervous everything will go wrong and one of the kids is going to become ill or something! is that normal? haha, think its because we have put ourselves through so much to do this, overtime, selling things, major saving etc! and we know we couldnt do it again for a few years!!! eak.... shut up holly, is all going to be wonderfull!

Yes, the characters definitely come to the Santa Fe Holly .
There is usually a board up on a stand in reception to tell which characters and when, the same information is on a bulletin board on the wall just past reception and heading through to the shop/toilets/restaurant in the main building. The play area in reception at the Santa Fe is right next to the meet n greet area too.

Its all going to be fantastic, you will all love it, and make magical memories .

You could also walk towards the park and pop into New York to see the characters there on route.

Although the park doesnt open til 10.0 on that day they will start letting people in about 9.30 and you will be able to look in the shops on mainstreet

I was reading this and wondering what time the shops in the village open?? as like holly we only have emh 3 days of our 6 day stay..

yes its frustrating... as we arrive wed.. at 4 ish, got to check in, get passes etc... then what? go see candlebration and parade then bed..... so on thursday morning kids will want to go see everything!! haha... i need a good plan of things to do in morning, but also on the wed afternoon/eve?
I am trying to set out what to do on each day i am there..... as we have all saturday and most sunday.. but they be busier...so wont prob do so many rides on those days... will prob try to all the rides on thur and fri and in magic hours on the fr sat and sun...
so what should i dow ith kids when park is really busy?? any advice be great!!!

I tend to do the shows in both the main park and the studios when the park is busier. There are lots of shows in the Studios suitable for children, as well as the Lion King in the main park, Mickeys winter wonderland, Honey I Shrunk the Audience (although I haven't done that one yet).

In the Studios, you also have Stitch Live, Animagique, Cinemagique, the Moteurs stunt show, plus there is a toon train there (smaller version of Casey Jnr character express) several times a day.

You could also take the children out of the park and into the DLH to meet the characters there and see them do a little dance at 4pm on a busy day.

If its mega busy and you just can't get anything done, you could take them to one or 2 of the other hotels, where they could have a play inside and you could warm up with a hot drink. Or a character lunch at Cafe Mickey in the Village (you should book this a day or so in advance though).

Thats a good idea... may plan some shows..and walks around sat and sunday lunchtime ish... use the mornings up for rides, then thur and fri get all the rides done!! cant wait
