We got picked up by TTC at around noon, made our grocery stop at Publix and got to BWV around 1. We checked in but our room wasn't ready so we stowed our stuff and headed to Epcot. My plan was to check out world showcase, but DH was bored by that , and he had been having a rought time with DS having a meltdown in the airport. We noticed the crowds at Epcot were very light, so we headed over to TT. I went on with the girls and even though it was posted 40 min. we only waited 20. Then we baby swapped and Dh went on. We did Spaceship Earth and headed back to BWV. Our room was ready--3121--8 from the far end of the hall, DH counted 200 paces from the elevator! We unpacked and checked the place out. It was our first DVC stay so we were very impressed with the place. Then we took a bus to MK and the monorail over to the contemporary for our dinner with Chef Mickey. Saw Goofy, Donald, Mickey, Minnie, Chip and Dale. However, DS slept throughout the ENTIRE meal. After that we walked over to MK. I wanted to go straight to ADventureland--I had planned to concentrate on a couple of lands each day we visited MK. We walked right on the jungle cruise, then Aladdin and Pirates. Then we cut over to Frontierland. It was getting dark. DH and I baby swapped with DD#1 on Splash Mt. (DD#2 does NOT like getting wet) and then I wanted to leave so we missed the mess getting out after the fireworks--too late, the train had stopped! So DH did BTMRR with the girls, and then I RAN on to baby swap with DD#2 right before the fireworks started. We watched them from the train! They even stopped it for a minute so we could see then! It was really cool. We headed out but it was a mess, so I stopped us by the Partners statue and waited until about 10:25. By that time it had really cleared out. It is amazing what a difference a few minutes makes in that crowd. We got the bus back to BWV and of course the kids had to go swimming--DS and I stayed in the room.
