Great update, love all the character pics, especially Mexican Donald! I loved seeing all the Worldshowcase pics, the last couple of trips have been with my sons (they are too little for a lot of it) and they don't appreciate any of that, so looking forward to my September all girls trip so I can see all these great things! Lynn, those butterfly pictures are gorgeous! They look like something you'd see in National Geographic.

We love SSR too, that's where we own, but I so want to try out BLT in 10/2010. That will be right around my son's 16th birthday and he has always wanted to stay there. If I can't get it, I guess I might pony up the money and just do one night cash at the CR. But I am hopin!

And do they actually use the things they grow in 'Livin With the Land' as food? Because some of that stuff looks great.

It was a beautiful day. We were lucky and had awesome weather the whole time. Tim sometimes needs his naps in the middle of the day.

Thanks for the Biergarten pictures! Everything looked so good! I think a lot of people are afraid to eat there but it is a must do for us every trip...there is something for everybody I think. Mmmmmm pretzel bread!! lol

Love all your pictures...soooo pretty! Minnie and the butterfly are two of my faves. We only waited about 15 or 20 mins when we went to the character connection in jan, but the last time we were there we waited FOREVER...it was bad! At least now they have those cartoons so your semi entertained...makes the wait go a little faster. The butterfly house looks cool...i love butterflies! Love the pics from living with the land too...I don't remember seeing cotton in there or the sunflowers. I do remember that huge lemon though! Can't wait to hear more!

I just read your WHOLE report while my boys were sleeping and have enjoyed it so much (only my second TR to read). I love how you share each detail of each day and even your dining reviews (I have become a dining review addict).

I love your pink dress - you look so pretty. I know you said your shoes were uncomfortable that day but I was wondering if you normally wear sandals or flip flops when touring the world? I need to get my shoes soon for our trip and was just curious what you wear. Thanks for your help.

Okay one last question... Where did you get your celebration button? Do they have ones that say other things?

So I headed to Spaceship Earth to meet up with Tim. I texted him to see if he had made it on the bus yet. He did and was on his way. So I was just sitting in front of SE waiting for him and I noticed this poor man in a wheel chair with like tubes in his nose trying to get onto the ride. Apparently there is a different entrance for people in wheel chairs. Well his family left him and went on without him A CM told him where the other entrance was, but he never went on. I start tearing up cause I felt so bad for him. He seemed fine and I'm sure was ok, but I'm just so emotional I lost it lol.

When you see people like that it makes you sit and think about all your blessings in life, and just how lucky you really are. You really should be thankful for everything you get in life. Ok sorry bout my little life lesson, just wanted to share.

Tim made it to the park around 5ish. We went right on Space Ship Earth!!

You have to love the endings lol!!! Tim made a funny face, OMG we were cracking up!!

Too funny!!! As we were walking out, I lok up and notice Tim's crazy face on the screen LOL.

After that we went straight back to Test Track!!
WOO HOO

We used our other FP we were given for it. This time we sat up front! Tim was the driver lol.

OH NO we're gonna crash!!

This time the ride wasn't as fast, the only thing I can think is that when you sit in the front you don't have that much wind hitting you, so maybe that's why. IDK lol.

It was around 6 when we got of test track, so we decided to head towards Italy for dinner. Our ADR was for 7, but every time we go and check in early, they seat us right away.

Italy is one of my favorite countries in WS, especially during F&G festival.

The lady and the tramp topiaries were right in front of Italy this year. Normally they are across the walk way closer to the water.

We checked in at like 6:20, and we were seated right away. YAY!

Our waiter was great. I forget his name, but he had us cracking up!! Every time a kid would scream, he would face the table where he heard the screaming child, and give the most disgusted looking face. Tim and I were cracking up. The kid was screaming bloody murder. At one point, the kid screamed while our waiter walked past and the waiter jumped and made another face HAHA!! OMG too funny.

Anyway on with the food. We started out with some bread. It's all good.

The olive oil was really good to dip the bread in.

Tim got the Lamb chops I believe. He loved it!

I of course got the Penne Caprese!!! My favorite dish!! SOOO good!!!

For dessert I had some type of chocolate cake! Very good.

Tim had the ice cream thing lol, I forget the name. He loved it.

Tutto was great, as always. We will go back again.

Lol, what made you pick the Jags? And I'm surprised you wore Jags gear up there. You and I both know what they did to Santa one year.

The reason I've stuck with the Jags is because my dad moved to Jacksonville the same year the franchise started, so we both keep up with them, so I can proudly say I've been a fan since the beginning lol. Also, I was young enough to experience an expansion of the league so it was them or Carolina... and they suck lol.

Let me know if you guys wanna go to a game or need an extra ticket. My parents are season ticket holders and rarely get to go.

Good to know, I've always wanted to go to a home game with my dad. Thanks for the offer and I'll let you know.

Aww mine too, thanks! Yeah I never waited any longer than 20 mins for the character connection. I was crazy this year. I'm looking forward to going in jan when it is not as busy in Disney. It's so nice.

Thank you! Oh I always wear flip flops and I'm fine, but these flip flops just had no support at all, so that was why. They were hard on the bottom too, so it was like walking on the ground with no shoes at all lol.

You can get the buttons when you check in, and also at guest services. I also saw CMs walking around with them. So if you lose one, or leave one at the room, you can always get another. Yeah they have a bunch of pins to choose from. They are cute.
