Also, how are they going to explain away Captain Jack Harkness being able to hold onto the TARDIS after it de-materialised?

Just visited. Err! No I don't think you explained it at all. You did give a personal supposition theory but no explanation on how the Master was able to re-generate or how Jack was able to hold onto the TARDIS after it had de-materialised.

In fact, I quite like the theory that the Master's TARDIS is nearby hidden by it's chameleon circuits.
