I've been on my "new way of life" since Jan 07 and have lost about 75 pounds. I try eating "clean" but its hard, and usually fall way short, and have myself either a canned soup or frozen meal (healthy choice or something) most days. I want to try something that will give me body a "new start" and was hoping this will do it. Any thoughts??
