~ The Man Report ~ ~ Intermission & Soundtrack, Part 1 ~

It’s time for a little intermission from this trip report. Get up, stretch your legs, smoke ‘em if you got ‘em *cough* blue *cough*, and get ready for the second act.

Let’s review, shall we?

· LtP & I are on the “Meat Diet” (our own version of low carb)
· There are NO Amish Cheese Festivals at WDW
· We brought along our Fry Daddy ::yes::
· I sat next to the largest human being ever… oh, and he wore Adidas
· I am free from my freakish dreams while on vacation :thumbsup2
· Staying off-site sucks. Even if it’s only a warm up to moving on-site
· Indian Cuisine was vetoed by the family
· The Disney Two-Man stroller is more than just a child transport :darth:
· Buzz loves the World Showcase and the Food & Wine Festival…mostly, he just likes the wine. ::yes::
· Not all princesses are beautiful :confused3
· Love bugs are nasty :scared:
· Over indulging in shellfish is never a good idea :sad2:
· Cpt. Jacks margaritas are the best
· Carb binge + Whiskey + Shellfish = Loose Stool :thumbsup2
· Moderators dislike the use of the word “lactating”
· “Fire in the Hole!” :rotfl2:
· I should never spin
· Giraffe-People are rude
· Space Mountain’s perfect “track” record stays in tact
· I dominate on Buzz LY :smokin:
· I temporarily lose LG

Ok, that’s it. Those who have missed the earlier posts only need to read these bullet points to be completely briefed on our first day and half in the parks.

Now, before I get back to posting trip reports for the remaining 11 days, I need to fill you in on the Mills Family “Soundtrack”. Since we have the rental car, plus the hotes usually have a stereo, I made 5 discs. Here is the list from Disc #1. Click the link to watch the video.

Def Leppard - 20th Century Boy
Audioslave – Doesn’t Remind Me
RATM - Renegades of Funk
Simple Minds - Don’t You Forget About Me
Avenged Sevenfold - Unholy Confessions
Kiss - Rock & Roll All Night
Beastie Boys - No Sleep ‘till Billings
David Cassidy - I think I love you
Green Day - Good Riddance
J Geils Band - Freeze Frame
Great White - Call It Rock & Roll
Duran Duran - Hungry Like The Wolf
Digital Underground - Humpty Dance
Motley Crue - Home Sweet Home

I need links please not dots! :lmao: Especially the lactating one......I think DM had "favorite spots to breastfeed in the MK" list if you're interested!

Music--my kids have their own ipods which makes everyone happy! :thumbsup2
I do like Duran Duran---and I always know when a telemarketer calls for my DH, Daran, cause they say "'ello, iz Duran there??"
And then I can hang up!

What, no DIsney music:confused3

It's on another Disc. This is only disc one mind you.

Did you see the Christmas parade? They picked ugly Ariel to ride on the float!!! I was screaming "It's ugly Ariel, it's ugly Ariel". Of course my family had no idea what I was talking about and thought I was a little crazy. I couldn't believe they picked her for the parade, to represent?

What? No Saliva??? LOVE the Hairbands!!

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

An eclectic mix. :thumbsup2

::yes::

:lmao: David Cassidy fits right in there with that bunch:confused: Where's Donny and Marie?

No Donny and Marie. Sorry.

H, you definitely like to rock......

This is my "light" CD for the family.

Where's Crazy Frog?? :bounce:

Kathy

Who?

Bill was so happy that you included KISS !!

Kiss rocks! Click on that link and watch the live show.

5th Row- 1989- Def Leppard- pregnant with DS. DS now HATES loud music and Rock and Roll. Likes jazz, classical, and swing.

David Cassidy?:confused3

I really don't listen to a lot of this music now. Too many memories.

You ruined him Shmu. :rotfl2:

Def Leppard, Motley Crue & Duran Duran...........:thumbsup2

Oh yeah!

That's an eclectic mix....

Course, DH will smack me upside the head for saying that, since he always gives me weird looks when we hook my ipod up to the stereo....I have wide and varying tastes...:rolleyes1

Me too actually. Anything but country.

A lot of great songs there, but I have to say I really do love the Humpty Dance :rotfl: Best lyric ever: "I like to rhyme, I like my beats funky, I'm spunky. I like my oatmeal lumpy."

I'm sick wit dis, straight gangsta mack
but sometimes I get ridiculous
I'll eat up all your crackers and your licorice
hey yo fat girl, c'mere--are ya ticklish?

Ufda... not a big fan of telemarketers.

Sorry, the links are on page 1. I guess I coulda added them with the bullet points but it was too much work.

I got links to the music though!

If you like Avenged Sevenfold, try Wolfmother (they sing the song 'Woman' that's in Guitar Hero and sound a touch like Led Zeppelin) and try 'Wolf Like Me' by TV On the Radio.

Ed, you don't like GW?....
,,101 Rhode Islanders died at there concert 4 years ago at a club because they used pyrotech inside!! really bad scene of everyone trying to get out of the club at the same time. They lost the drummer also..the tour manager was convicted,,,I dont really think it was anyones fault, just a stupid mistake, but then again I didnt know anybody in it,,Steve did, but I think he feels the same way,

Cool playlist!

Ben and I had fun watching the videos. (No sleep till Billings! nice touch) Audioslave "doesnt remind me" could easily be turned into a country song no problem.
