My feet are surprisingly small-especially considering I'm pretty tall. I do have the man hands, but I inherited from my dad these little feet with cute little toes.

Buzz's toe has been the cause of more than a few hundred swear words on Buzz's part and also a few hundred phrases of "Not again" uttered by me. I swear every time I hear a thump, then a swear word, it's that toe. I told him to go to a doctor and have it cut down, but he won't! They can perform miracles with plastic surgery nowadays. They might even be able to get rid of the smiley he drew on there with permanent marker.

Typical scene at our house:

Thump!
Buzz: "@#%@"

Me: "What was that sound? What happened?"

Buzz: "It was my toe. I banged it on.. I caught it on... I ran it into... I snagged it on...It hit the..."

Sheesh... That picture doesn't do it justice-in real life it's pretty sick. He's always trying to make it touch me. Gives me the willies!

On the very first page of this TR, he's describing how sick he is. I nearly died from pneumonia when I was a teenager, but whenever Buzz gets a little cold, he always is sure to tell me, "You've never been this sick, Linnie."

Sorry fellas, but I've noticed a lot of men are that way!!

Trey & I were resting peacefully. He’s so snuggly.

Loud Girl was brave with daddy. She even went to the bathroom on her own. She’s growing up so quickly.

She’s too young for that. I should’ve went along….

When we arrived back at the room, I found Pooh lying on the couch gnawing on a giant sliver of leftover pepperoni pizza. She looked a lot better. I think she even had a glass of wine next to her but I could be mistaken.

You are mistaken about both. I tried a few bites of pizza and gave up. I settled for the Tums that Buzz brought me and made do with that for dinner. Wine? Uh, no thanks! All done with the wine. I needed to get my body back on track and ready for traveling.

She’d already packed up all our clothes and was ready for the morning commute to the airport.

Yep, I am woman. The kids were crying, I was feeling sick and sad. Buzz was constantly on the computer checking our flight. Typical. Definitely time to leave.

We’re a wreck and we don’t want to leave but we have no choice.

Hear hear! I never want to leave.
