Small problem, no beer in the MK!

Somehow I don't think this is a problem for BUZZ. He probably manages to sneak a few cans in somehow.

Puts it in cans of pepsi or something

~ If they don’t, a few bumps in the back of their legs

The second advantage to coming during the busy season is that all the restaurants are open. :thumbsup2 The Taco Stand across the path from Pirates of the Caribbean is one of our favorite places to go (Pooh and I). We ate there back in 1997 for the first time and it’s never been open for us since. In fact, the last time we ate there was before having kids!

We have our own double stroller and take it with us. Our kids are younger than yours and we need it for the airports. But, my DH is in charge of manuevering the stroller and family through the parks. He has been known to "tap" someone with our stroller. We just laugh (to ourselfs) and keep walking. His rule is that he lets kids and elderly pass, but WATCH OUT if your are an able adult and walk in front of the stroller. You have been warned!

We also miss eating at the El Pirata Y El Perico (aka Taco Stand). I think the last time we ate there was before kids, too. We seem to visit WDW only during the slower times of the year. I hope it will be open for our May/June trip.

There I was....minding my own business...surfing the net and to my surprise (not really surprised), found this little news item:

The castle at Disneyland is this pathetic little 70’ kwanza hut

Haven’t you ever heard size doesn’t matter?

The Taco Stand across the path from Pirates of the Caribbean is one of our favorite places to go (Pooh and I)

We love this place also; we have only eaten at it twice (same trip) I think in our six visits to WDW.

My wife loves Mexican food, she could eat it seven days a week and I think some times we do. We do have a number of really good Mexican restaurants out here in California.

while I join the line and begin to engage my GAT upon the crowd.

The first thing I note is that the restaurant has not yet opened and people are only lined up on one side of the 2 PAY KIOSKS. Well, every WDW Veteran knows that there should be two lines at the pay kiosks (one on each side). You know where this is going by now I’m sure. ::yes::

Well, I simply get out of line, mosey up to the other side of one of the kiosks, and start a “new” line. A simple, yet effective GAT.

An obnoxious southern belle standing about 8 people back in the opposing line with a gaggle of half-starved children mouths off “you can’t do that”! I reply, “what do you mean? I just did!” :woohoo:

Way too go, we do this all the time when going into Disneyland; it amazes us how people are like cattle when they line up.

We will get to a turnstile and the line will be over 100 people long, we look around and can always find a line that has a few people or nobody at all in it. Even after we make our move we see people talking about it, but they still don’t change lines.

(most likely, WDW Canadian rookies ;) ).

Wait until their next trip they will be GAT’n with the best of them

Next up: Health Food

Careful that stuff will kill you

Thanks for another great installment, looking forward to your Better Half’s version

My only disappointment of the day will be to have to suffer through the lunch without a delicious beer. I wonder if there’s a way to “sneak” one in?

Yes, MK "should" have beer.

Walt didn't want beer in MK, however, Walt's gone... I'm still here. :yay: Accomodate me Disney!! Now!!!!

My wife was born of Mexican & Cuban descent so she has grown up eating tacos & smoking cigars most of her life. Having been born in German/Irish heritage, I grew up eating pepperoni pizza. /

With my blond hair, blue eyes and a maiden name of "Hausfrau" uh, sure Buzz. Sometimes Buzz's little hamster falls asleep in his wheel (to borrow a phrase from Cheers) :confused3 Maybe it's too much beer. Or should I say, "bier."

(BTW, if you know German you will know that the literal translation of "Hausfrau" means "slave chained to her house destined to spend her days constantly cleaning, ironing and mopping up after Buzz.")

I have tried cigars and I do have to admit to enjoying more than one. Better than the one and only time I tried cigarettes and started my hair on fire.

And I LOVE Mexican food-probably too much. Mmmm, I just made burritos tonight, in fact. Mmmmm....

That's just silly, you could say that about all the rides.
No Way! Until you've seen SM with the lights on, you can't judge. I, however, have been there. :snooty:

Hey, Blue, Buzz has a real weak stomach for bugs, spiders and things. He gets all squeamish around them.

Need I remind you woman:

You gotta stop with that picture already. Please don't post that anymore! :scared: It's *ahem* embarrassing.

I'm trying to do my rebuttal, but my cut & paste is not working today. Still haven't gotten that new mouse....

Edited to change the word hideous to embarrassing at MDF's request and whining last night about how mean I was to use that word....

Linnie and I find that we get along a lot better by communicating through the DIS boards. One: She can't tell if I'm drunk this way & Two: The sarcasm is harder to detect. :thumbsup2
