Hello! I am unsure of what my flight times will be at the moment and don't know if we will know until too close to the trip to get our tags.....

What do you do if this happens?

Is there another way to have disney get our luggage?

How much extra time would it take just to take get our own?

Thanks :goodvibes

ME needs about 2 weeks to get the tags to you. You still have plenty of time before you need to call them. I booked ME for a friend at the end of may and their flight was on June 24th. They received their tags in plenty of time before their trip.
About 2 yrs ago my DH surprised us while we were in Disney. He didn't have ME booked because he wasn't on our reservations. When he got to the Orlando airport he went to the ME counter and he had to pay $20.00 to get on the bus without a reservations, but of course he dad to get his luggage first. You can book ME to come home after you check in at the hotel.
Hope this helps you.

Your arriving flights don't really matter. When you book ME, the tags they send to you to put on your luggage simply have your resort information on them.

You can give Disney your airline baggage claim tickets and they'll get them, but there should be no problem getting tags in time.

It doesn't really matter on the inbound, as long as you have a reservation they will transport you and your luggage whenever you arrive.

So just pick any flights that arrive and depart on your arrival and departure days. Then when you nail down the flights just call back and they will update your information.

Psst! That is a Mears Shuttle trip. It so happens that:
1. There is a Mears counter near the Magical Express (welcoming) counter.
2. Mears owns and provides the drivers for the Magical Express buses.
3. Once in awhile a Mears customer headed for Disney is put on a Magical Express bus.
4. $20. is Mears' one way fare from Orlando Int'l Airport to Disney.

Incidentally Mears does not make advance reservations from MCO to Disney's resorts although they make reservations going to other places and they accept walk up guests going to Disney's resorts and to other places.
