Just been reading too, great updates!

Couple of questions...

1. What were the tickets you had for meeting the characters? (there's a photo of one you took at Rapunzel) How does this work? Different to the roaming characters?
2. If you don't need the best view of parades or Fantasmic, but still want to watch, what's the latest you can turn up? I can't bear the thought of waiting for an hour or more!
