How would we find out what the kids programming will be in these specific ports of call? Are kids allowed to take cameras with them if they are in kids programming during a port call? We've never left our kids during a port call but might depending on what the programming is...

What's our drop dead PIF date again? I can't remember.. Lol I was planning on using a portion of our tax return to finish paying off the cruise I just hope it's processed in enough time to make our PIF date.

I believe the PIF date is May 9th 2014

So question for everyone that uses gift cards to pay off the cruise: how exactly do we do that?? Is there a way to get Target gift cards online and how do we use those to pay? Or do people get other gift cards like the CostCo gift cards to pay? Just wondering..

The boys will have just turned 8. Their birthday is in March (the best month of the year haha). They are very shy at first, but they love twins and they also love girls (even though they don't like to admit it!)

For the Target thing….you sign up for the Red Card. Then you fill 5 prescriptions there, and get an extra %5 off coupon that you can use one time. Then you go to Target and buy Disney GCs, because they are considered "entertainment" and not "gift cards" (not sure why, but who cares? haha), and you can get 10% off. Another way is through some sort of gas card (which we don't have). We still haven't done the Target thing, because I like getting miles. It is in the back of my mind, though!

we just booked our flights back home!

We will stay one week in Puerto Rico to explore the island...and then we used our avios to fly business!!! with AA, doing SJ-JFK-Zürich for less than 400$!
Then we'll have to take the train back to Geneva...but hey business class!! first time ever!!!

We're on first seating just because they always get hungry early, but it'd be cool to at least try to get the same rotation or even request to be table mates if you're not already doing so. our last cruise the kids weren't really the same age that sat with us so there was no convo back and forth between them.. :-/

We can definitely plan a meet! The boys are weird…for the first week, they won't go to the lab at all. "We want to be with you!", "We like you!", blah blah blah haha. Then they go (because we are going to Palo), and never want to leave!

We are first seating for dinner, too. I don't like eating late, and I'm too tired anyway haha. But we are sitting with my dad and stepmom on a six-top. Sorry! We just think having that time to connect is important for our family.

But hey we can still meet for drinks at Diversions or So You Think You Know Your Family (our fave!) afterwards!

Hi Everyone!

Just checking in to let you know I'm still alive and still doing the FE. I've been laying low, waiting for 2013 to end as it turned out to be possibly the most miserable year of my life. No exaggeration. In addition to losing an uncle, a cousin, and my dear mother, we lost two of our beloved dogs two weeks before Christmas, one of which was my little Chihuahua, Juanita.

No flights or hotels booked yet. We're still discussing options for getting to Barca, and we may as yet have to cancel, but I'm remaining optimistic, at least until the PIF date. I'm starting a new business venture and continuing to develop my dog clothing business, so with a little luck we'll have the extra income needed to make this happen.

I hope everyone had a good Christmas and the New Year brings all that we hope for!

If you haven't sent me a PM about the FE (or joined the FE page on FB) and you wish to participate, please do so as soon as possible. I'm going to be editing the list for those who have cancelled, consolidating the lists from here and FB, and setting up a spreadsheet to begin working on groups over the next couple of weeks. As we still have 8 months til we cruise we'll likely have some dropping and adding, but at least we'll have a rough idea of numbers. Thanks!
