We spent two nights there and did the GoldenCircle in a rental car and also spent a few hours at Blue Lagoon. Iceland is definitely on our "return to" list as we and both kiddos loved it!

I will post the message of the pins again.

Noel and I are going to make pins again for the 2014 WBTA cruise Each pin is 4.6 Euros or $6.50 US Dollars. Pins need to be prepaid on PayPal before August 1, 2014.

Please mark the PayPal payment as a gift to either Noel Birkner for US Dollars at birkner@needinfo.com or Connie van Maaren ( p.vanmaaren@chello.nl) for Euro payments.

Be sure you put either your DIS of FB name in the PayPal notes so we know where the payment came from and can properly credit you.

Pins will be distributed at a location to be determined later on the ship.

If you have any questions, you can either PM Connie or Noel.

We should set up a military meet anyways for everyone on the cruise who's either prior, retired, Reserve or in any way shape or form ever been a part of the military.

HAL has a Veterans' gathering on every cruise. One time the ship's engineering officer hosted the meeting and bought everyone a round! (Are you listening, Mickey?)

Can't remember if I mentioned, we also are flying Icelandic - two days in Reykyvik and then fly to Barca on Saturday night. Planning shopping, Blue Lagoon and maybe a whale watch.

If you have a late arrival in Barca, you might want to prearrange to be met at the airport. That's what we did before the last cruise and I'm going to use the same people again - when I locate their name and number. They also collected us at hotel and delivered us to the ship on sailaway day.

Count us in on any military gathering. DH is retired USAF.

Hi all & Merry Christmas. We are embarking on our first TA cruise! We can't wait. Could you add room 7560, DH Jon & DW Lisa to the FE list, the doorway viewing, and the TA pin list for two pins. The TA cruise is by far the most extensively organized that we have seen. It will take some time to dig through the different meets. Great job by the organizer. Can't wait to meet you all.
