I've been lurking hoping that my boss would give me the time off, and he did!! I'm trying to catch up on the board, but so far I'm only about half way through.

I haven't booked yet, trying to see if a travel agent would like to give me an onboard credit, but I do know that I will be cruising solo. I was on the 2011 WBTA and I'm looking forward to seeing all of my dis friends again!

I'm still trying to get the hang of the whole PM thing. I somehow sent but didn't actually send two PMs about the roll call and the pre-cruise meet. So if you could add me to the roll call and the pre-cruise meet I would be eternally grateful.

I also participated in the scrapbooking exchange.....got some awesome and creative items to decorate my page (WHEN I GET THE TIME TO DO IT!!! ). I would be interested to see some pictures of your scrapbooking pages with what you got at the exchange, if someone could post some pictures. The new people wanting to join the scrapbook exchange could get a visual image of the type of things that were given. Looking forward to seeing your scrapbooking pages!!!!!!!!

I would love to see some finished scrapbook pages from the cruise also, as ours are still bagged up in the empty scrapbook!!!,

Good Morning, Happy Cruisers!

Who has done this scrapbook exchange before? Melodie (MagicMe) is suppose to add me but my name isn't on there yet. It sounds fun, just wanting to know what most people make/give.

I've done several. One, we each chose a topic and made elements for a page or two on that topic ie Pirate Night or FE exchange. We made a finished page on our topic and either brought it or a photo of it to our meet in the cove cafe. Each participant got a ziplock of elements from each other participant. At our meet, each one had 5 minutes to talk about her page, why she chose the topic, etc plus general scrappy conversation. That was fun!

One, was the same LTM & AnnienotHazel participated in.

One, we just couldn't seem to get together as a group, so everyone delivered their baggies to the staterooms. The ones who DID get together became pretty close friends for the duration of the cruise.

A couple cruises on the wonder, there's just been a general 'crafty' meet in the Outlook bar at 3 pm on sea days. That was fun because you could bring your craft and work on it in congenial company. I've seen scrappers, knitting, crocheting, beading and there was something else but i've forgotten.

Does anyone have a good hotel that sleeps 4, at a good price. I saw onw hotel for 500.00 a night that sleeps 2. There are 4 of us that need a room for 1 night.

Tough to find a hotel sleeping more than 2 in a room in Barcelona. We found a room for three at Hotel Parallel. You might send them an email and see if they can accommodate 4.

Oh, that IS too bad! You must be busy. If I EVER get unpacked from this move, I'll see what I can do about photos. Currently running 3 trips behind,myself, but they are all from within the last 7 months.

Lindababe - think I showed you my completed cruise scrapbook, and the 40 pages were only from our 3 days in Barcelona and 4 days of the cruise before I had to fly home. Can you imagine if I had been able to finish the cruise, how large the book would be? I had more fun putting it together.
So looking forward to seeing you all again.
BTW - do they have a chocolate buffet - not the tasting?

They have a midnight dessert buffet but sadly not a chocolate one. That would be delicious!!!!

Sometimes you can find it on the navigator with the opening times of the restaurants. i found it there on the Hawai Cruise. Our server forgot to tell us and I saw it to late.

I'm officially booked and I'm so excited to go on another transatlantic cruise with my friends from the 2011 cruise.

I also wanted to thank everyone that's taken on the organization for the tastings, brunches, exchanges, and everything! You are amazing!

It doesn't look like anyone has signed up to organize the pub crawl. I had so much fun "crawling" around the ship last time I'd like to volunteer. If no one has volunteered yet, sign me up!
