But... what I'd LIKE to learn is how to edit the Title of a thread?

Mel, I think all you have to do is just go to your first post, click Edit at the bottom and just change your title. Then don't forget to click Save Changes at the bottom. That's how I do it each time I type a new installment in the T/R.

And you're very right. I didn't realize how many friends Vettechick, ZZUB and myself had around here. Till today. So I guess it's a great day, after all.

The happyhaunts reside in Southern Ontario. Somewhere between the US border and Toronto. But... I LOVE B.C. That's British Columbia for all you Canadian Geography buffs. I'll bet there's a buttload of you all... in the USA. We were there on our long ago honeymoon. To BC that is.

I wish we could make this thread a sticky...so you'd be easy to find.... not sure I can get through a day without hearing about the antics of Tommy, Calvin and Beth, and of course Mel, Mel, the general and the Cat!

Somehow, after reading about you and your family, I am more able to enjoy all the crazy things my own kids do...I am even thinking of making our motto Malestrom is a FASTPASS!!

Thanks Dan for mentioning the cheerleaders thread......I did mention it to a few of the trip report posters that years ago the Swan Dolphin Cheerleaders got carried away on the resort board and they got moved to the CB. I am a proud member of the swan dolphin cheerleaders now. They are a great group of people as I am sure that the posters from the trip report board are. We are doing our job and hoping that all would understand it.

"sharkbite" because when she was one her ds slammed the bathroom door FULL FORCE by accident on her middle finger...when we unwrapped the finger it looked like a shark had bit clean through it~ ICK!! I know what your going through

they were able to sew it back on (the tip was clean off to the bone!!) and her nail did grow back, in a funky kinda way!!

once again hope Tommy is ok today and I hope Calvin feels better too!

Hi Mel-
I loved your trip report and am sorry it's over and sorry your thread got closed! I haven't read through your 8 pages of replies so I don't know if you know to put sunscreen on the scar everyday.
My 8 year old got hit in the head with a golf club right in the eyebrow. The plastic surgeon put 8 internal stiches and 4 external one. No bandaid, he used a crazy glue like thing. Anyway, he said use sunscreen everyday for one year to minimize the scarring. I got a stick type one (like giant chapstick) and slap it on everyday. It's been 5 months and is really healing nicely.

and Zzub like I said, I don't know if you read my trip report but I wanted to thank you for inspiring me to take time out of my busy Dis schedule today and do scrapbooks, play dolls, and have a tea party with my girls. I think the main thing I got from your post would be a reminder to slow down and enjoy life.

The girls started their own WDW scrapbooks (see we went in Oct) and just now I have time to work on it with them...rather...I made the time
anyway I think it is an awesome idea because even my kindergartener is writing her own descriptions and captions!! Think about how cool that is going to be when she is my age..and how horrific it will be at her graduation party!!!

I sincerely hope Vettechick finds a home for her ever so entertaining report...what else am I gonna read in the bathtub??? huh???

Still hangin' on to the other great threads out there on the TR board like Poppins croc queen, Lala, and horsegirl....and many many more!
but I know how much time it takes to write and edit and upload and post and edit pics...it is not easy...it's a labor of love!
