Yeah, SNAP, whatever this one is. How bout kinda scruffy with shirt open Sawyer? Yeah, that's the one I like. :teeth:

Thank you Paslea Pooh. You just made me my day yellow. Because you posted the pics and because of your edit. You rock Woman! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

And Horsey, it is Totally an addiction for me. Check out oceanicflight815.com and go to the Theory Board. I like to lurk over there a lot. Those people come up with some interesting stuff.

((((((((((slap))))))))))))))

Hey, Lou's a Lost Junkie too. Yeah, that commercial thing was weird. From what I can tell from a few different boards, the producers and ABC are going to be putting out some kind of interactive game that will give you clues about the show. I think all that Hanso Foundation stuff is a tie in.

Yall have a great day.

Given the frequent subject on this thread I would have thought La La would like HURLey.

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Good one. And it's early too. You must have had your coffee already this morning.

Yeah, he's just a tad too scruffy for me, Lou. Everytime I see him, I wanna cut his hair. Or pull it back in a ponytail. A round sweaty face and nappy hair do not a sex symbol make.

Morning Strommers - lots to do today, so I din't know how much I'll be around. But I do hope you all have a SUPER day! Survivor tonight. Any predictions? If I do get some time I must tell you about the conversation I had to have with one of my church members yesterday. When I share you'll understand that I'm not revealing any secrets or anything like that. Just one of those things that you hate to have to do - but have to do nonetheless.

I love being a pastor. Most days.

LOL

Blessings!

Okay, scruffilicious, too, but why does his face have all that hair and his chest none? Would waxing be involved? It is almost a body oxymoron.

Hey youuuuuu guuuuuuuuys! Good morning!

Thanks for the bday wishes for Conor. <sniff> Where did my baby go?

I like Lost, but I think I haven't followed it closely enough, (i.e. Doug tapes it so we can watch it after AI, and I fall asleep while we're watching it). I'll end up watching the whole thing on DVD someday, I'm sure. Like I do with 24. I can't watch it on TV because we jumped on board a season late, and now must watch it on DVD.

So today I'm off to deliver ice cream sammiches to Conor's class, and hang out with them for awhile. Then I get to go to the bank and wrangle with them over a three HUNDRED dollar discrepancy on my statement. They put through an online payment that I had cancelled. Gotta watch these guys all the time!!

I'll stop back in once I get to the office. :sunny:
Hi Kimmie,

Savor each and every moment. They go by so fast.

Some answers to your questions about surgery. Take it for what it's worth, no harm, no foul.

Recovery is very different for everyone. It depends on a lot of factors, how much needs to be removed, how tolerant to pain you are, how well and quickly physcially you heal, just to name a few. I would think if you had it in June you would be set to go by August.

I say, if you want it and you have means, go for it! I know when I was in my 20's if I felt I needed it I would have done it.

Now that I'm in my 40's though, it doesn't seem so important. I've managed to create 3 healthy, happy, loving productive adults and have to love of a good man who, after 25 years, still likes to see what I've got on under these clothes even after having 3 kids. I'm sucessful professionally and young enough and reasonable attractive enough to enjoy what the next few years will bring my way now that I don't have babies to be on the look out for anymore. For me the best is yet to come!

Let me know if you have any issues with the bank, Kim -- I'm very familiar with electronic banking laws. And you're right -- you really gotta watch them all the time.

I wish. At least you didn't say Bernard. Or Hurley.

hay, you look like Sawyer in our minds, right goils?! Hurley, uh, no....anyone with your wit and sweetness is definitely a cybersawyer. Need some wax? :teeth:

Kim - :bday: to Conor! 7 is a great age. My "baby" will be 12 in July!

Haley - I didn't get an e-mail about the meet. Don't think you have my e-mail address? I'll send you a PM.

Chappie - Sure, I call you Lou once so now you ignore me.

Rhonda
- I'm enjoying your report. And thanks for the PM. Sorry if mine seemed random, it was in response to your trip report comments.

LaLa, Melonmom, PP and Horsie, you guys crack me up! I'm not a Lost watcher, but that guy is hot!!

Everyone else, Hi! :wave2:

I'm a fairly new AI watcher, and I'm not religious about it, but I COULD NOT believe Chris got voted off. I think the people who vote the most (little girls, mostly) don't go for him. And, unfortunately, those of us who love him don't vote!! He'll have the record companies lining up......

Have a great day everyone!!

Good Morning Maelstrommers!

At least I hope it is good for you. Me...I screwed myself last night. Not sure I can say that, but if not, I'm sure you can still figure it out with the *******s.

To catch those of you that don't know up, the backstory is this. When we go in September, I've planned a trip to V&A for my wife on the 18th (which is her birthday).

She doesn't know this. She thinks we are going to Citrico's that night. She doesn't read the boards and so is dependent upon me for all her up to date Disney information. I told her that Citrico's has updated their dress code and require that I wear a jacket and she wear a dress.

Everything was set for her to have no clue where we were going until we turned away from Citrico's and entered V&A.

After I made all our ADRs, we decided to invite the whole crew to come back with us. They agreed and we went about changing the ADRs to fit the tastes of the majority.

Now before, the TS credits were going to work out fine. We would have an extra that we could use later in the week, due to the fact that we were going to have to pay for V&A.

So, last night, the group decides that one of the TS ADRs we need is for the Luau. I have no problem with this, I think it will be fun. It costs two credits. Also no problem as we have an extra from Monday night.

Here is the problem (finally). In keeping with my charade, I mentioned to Jen last night that we were going to have to pay for two of our meals since we were using two credits for the luau and two for Citrico's.

As soon as the words were out of my mouth, I realized my mistake. Just as I suspected, she said, "Well let's pay for the buffets and use the credits on everything else." The buffet's are LTT and Boma....both of which are scheduled BEFORE we go to V&A.

So my problem is, when it comes time to pay at LTT and Boma, if I use TS credits, she will know something is up. I am not going to just pay for them and end up with two extra TS credits by the end of the week.

So, now I have to find a way to use TS credits for the first two meals of the week and not let her know.

Wish me luck.

2 suggestions - can you reschedule the buffets for after V & A's?
Or, pay out of pocket for them but schedule a ts breakfast later in the trip to use up the leftover credits.

Definitely can't reschedule LTT cause that is Spiderman's birthday and we are doing the character thing for him that day. Since it is a lock, there isn't much reason to reschedule the other one.

I could do the out of pocket/TS breakfast thing, but if I did, it would leave out the rest of the group that day. I guess that's not a huge thing. Maybe that is what I will do.

I don't know.

Hay Master G- What a sweet lil hubby you are! Wow! I love surprizes! Never get em, but love em.

Can you set the tone for the week and be in charge of the dining card. "This is your birthday week, and I don't want you to think about anything...."that kind a thing, precedent right from the get go. Give her some diamonds right before you pay on the occasion you need to distract her. or a great drink, if she drinks. and in that case, maybe two..... :teeth:

We girls love to be taken care of by our dashing gents.....

Wait.

Maybe I can tell her that I have added everything up and paying for the two buffet meals will come out costing us more than using the credits for them and paying for Citrico's.

Like I said earlier, she doesn't get into the Disney web sites like I do and so she won't go to check herself.

That way, she will be expecting us to pay on Monday night, just at Citrico's instead of V&A.

Maybe I can do that along with the "cheaper at Citrico's" thing.

I think that might do the trick...especially if the diamonds are liberally sprinkled with sapphires. She loves sapphires.

Hi All

Remember me?

I'm trying to keep up the "token Canadian" status until Mel returns........when is that anyway?

I guess I'm still smarting from being abandoned at the chat......boo-hoo for me ;)

Soooooooooo, how's everyone today?

I'm sorry I can't chime in on LOST. Gasp! I'm not a watcher. Do watch AR - great espisode last night. Mo/jo got the boot. Yay!
Survivor - I don't think Danielle will go, although I would have liked to see her gone espisodes ago. It looks as if she might align with Terry (from the previews). I would also like to see Aris gone. Don't like him.

Random Thoughts:

Sheridac - nice JohnCM reference! Love him!

Javamom - Love the T! :rotfl: I always tell my kids that it's my job to embarrass - it's in the Mom's handbook!

MasterG - Whew your post was long and confusing :confused3 Why is it we overplanners also make our dining lives at WDW so complicated? I've second guessed and changed my ADR's so many times and we still have two months to go. Can't you just use the credit and pay for V&A's. At the beginning of the week just get so involved in the dinners that you "accidently" hand your dining card to the server.....then oops!

kpk89 - loved your TR! Hey, HB to your Connor. It's my DS's (Jack) B-day today too - He's 8! :bday: Lot's of cake eating going on tonight!

J&R - Even though you are gone - have a great trip and loved the fanny pack

Pongo - sorry about the flutes - again! I've never had a Dole Whip - but it does sound interesting. Maybe Lala should put out her own version - the Dole Slap {{{{{{{SLAP}}}}}}}}

Hey to everyone else who has checked in recently: Poop/hoopSNAPLouLilGMarky/MarkRhondaDMMHorsegirlMOMOFMNMLalaFrickles
Ash(l)canGAHaleyBDanaGrammy and Chappie!
(and anyone I forgot.......cause I hate that!)

Some nana's for y'all
