Bonnie, being as neither of us feels much like cooking tonight, I took the liberty of having my private chef (Don't I wish!!) cook this meal up for us:

Oooooh, it looks very succulant (I have no idea how to spell that word). I'll be sure to feed some to my kids. I, however, am very freakish and don't eat food off the bone. I know, I"m a big dork. I don't even eat turkey on Thanksgiving. I"ll take all those veggies though, and some stuffing!

Dinner ideas anyone? Tonight I think we are going to go for frozen pizzas and bagged salad. I just have no energy, it's hot and I would rather be playing on my computer sipping water with lemon...NOT be in the kitchen cooking!

Sorry. I've been asking that one all day. I am so out of ideas. Probably going with grilled hotdogs. Never mind, I'm making tuna. I'm off to fix it. I'll be back after dinner and a movie. TTFN

It's always in the last line of my signature I don't know how to make it stand out more...any ideas anyone?! Maybe that is why it is so lonely.

Over 100 outdoors today, can't grill the shortribs outside, was going to do them in the crockpot but I forgot because I had a/c guys here all day, can't cook in the hosue because it's now up to, ummmm, 85 in the house,

yes, I stink again, the girls are in their underpants from the heat.

Looks like I've earned myself a trip OUT to dinner tonight

Someplace where they let you eat smelly and in your underwear????

Lucky you...dinner out! Make sure you let us know where you eat so that I can live through you! I just threw a package of hot dogs at dh and told him we were grilling out tonight. LOL My contribution will be a bagged salad that I dump out of the bag and into a bowl, add salad tongs to and serve! Dessert will be watermelon out on lawn (no way I am letting them have at big old hunks of drippy melon in the house or even on the deck).
