Bonnie-I cannot remember the name of the ghost town...but I do remember we also went to an old west town right outside of Las Vegas near the Red Rocks park area. It was pretty neat.

Hmmmm. I think you are talking about Bonnie Springs/Old Nevada. It's not a real ghost town, but it's a fun immitation.

I went to take them to the movies (Superman) at our local small town theater and the dang thing never opened. There must of been 30 of us waiting for the thing to open and it never did. After 30 minutes of waiting we left. I think everyone left. can you believe that? I can't! What a bummer.

But on the bright side - I get to be on the DIS.

I've never heard of a theater doing that. I would have been crushed. I'm glad that you're taking it so well. I would be crying or eatting or wait, I'd be on the Dis. See, you're handling just like I would.

That's right!! That was it. That was not the ghost town we went too...that was somewhere in between The Joshua Tree Forest in California and Las Vegas. We saw it on a day trip. It was neat...but I was on the look out for spiders, snakes and scorpions at every turn...thankfully we didn't see any!!

That sounds familiar!! I think it was there! It was very pretty, in an abandoned kind of way!!

And Bonnie Springs Old Neveda was ton of fun too! We really got into it! I had a lot of fun that day. I reallly liked the Red Hills area. That was so beautiful!
