Okay...here is how to quote lessons for the less then computer genius amongst us (the kind I needed)...
Step one- Hit the quote button at the bottom of this post.
Step two- Observe how it pops up as

my words [/quote*]
Step three- to quote pick the words you want and insert them between the two bracketed instructions... (there will not be any *s, I had to add those to show you what I was doing)
Step four- repeat steps 1-3 as needed.
