We had that problem....we had about a month of problems with the internet not working and they couldn't do anything with it....I was so and they just didn't care.

These do care...............they moved me up and up in the hierarchy and finally pushed my service appointment up to Saturday...........we have to stay home all day, but it's a whole week earlier!

Oh let me know how you like the Wishes cruise. I would love to do that. Sounds like a great trip. We haven't stayed at Saratoga Springs before. We stayed at Port Orleans Riverside and are stuck on it now.

Yeah, I'll definitely let you know about the cruise. I rented points to stay at SSR. I hope we like it there!

Well thats better than what I got...they wanted me to wait two weeks, then they never came and charged us a $35 house call fee.....I finally got it back but man was I....

That would have to be a BIG suitcase I can barely fold up and fit in the backseats of most cars.....these darn long legs..
