Wow, does it scare you that you are on the same wave as me?

I hear ya about being busy......we got rained out of a thing today, or I would have been running DD around for the 6th day this week. Her social life is killing me...

Mine does to, Denise...but I have a nick name for him...you may not like it...

We used to all call him an "engineering nerd"...because he IS...but I have now shortened it to: "E-NERD"...

So the E-Nerd keeps talking and I just keep typing....

You know it. I have been so worried...........but he finally seems to be catching up..........he can almost make his name where it can be read...........and he CAN trace letters now.

Still not so good with the coloring, and no drawing at all...........but it's a start!

No it doesn't scare me, just reminds me that people think about me when I'm not around and makes me . I got a new pair of tennies today for my trip. I got a pair of New Balance, I've never bought them before. I hope I like them.

No it doesn't scare me, just reminds me that people think about me when I'm not around and makes me . I got a new pair of tennies today for my trip. I got a pair of New Balance, I've never bought them before. I hope I like them.

I bought a pair of Merrill's because I heard they were really good shoes. They look like bowling shoes, and I can't get past that.......I wear Crocs all the time, and I don't mind that I have clown feet.....but I draw the line at bowling shoes....

Yes...........TALKING...............he's got a memory like an elephant, a mind as quick as a trap door. Just yesterday he asked about how we get day and night, and he asked about aliens, which led Big Son to ask if ancient Romans had technology, and Little Son said they had gladiators who fought lions...............and then he started talking about if it's better to be "fired up to ashes" or "bury your bones" when you're dead...............I have no idea where he gets all his ideas.

Today, he was sitting on the toilet singing, "We are family.........."

Well I am glad to hear that. I am going to wear them to school a few days this week to break them in. They should be ready in 27 days.

Oh you know there is!!

I'll try to give you the condensed version:

We were outside taking our evening "constitutional" and the dogs all seemed to gather at some spot in the yard. It was dark and I couldn't really see what they were doing. I noticed *something* kinda run over my foot but I couldn't really see what...I figured it was a leaf. Sally pounced after it and then just walked away....very proudly I might add. I called DH and got a flashlight and Sally had killed a vole/mole thing.

Buddy and Daisy finally came over to smell the thing, but it was already dead...meanwhile, Sally is off doing her business in the yard.

It freaked me out, but mostly I'm just glad she didn't bring it in the house!!

Why not...it could have interbred with your dust bunnies!!

I LOVE that story! I am a sucker for dogs! And your Miss Daisy is just about as sweet of a girl as I have ever seen!

ANYWAY, Trisha...Consumer Reports just came out with the TOP walking shoe and it is a NEW BALANCE....I am going to get it!! I need a new pair of sneakers.

But I do love my CROCS.
