We always went at night......Not sure why.....I am thinking it was probably illegal.......but one night, I had fallen asleep, and I woke up to the men in the boat screaming and jumping around.....we had been underneath some trees and a snake fell out of a tree into the boat.....

We were seining for minnows once and just as I stepped off the bank a water moccasin swam right between my legs..........

Way to stick it to 'em Trisha!

OMG! Those things are deadly lady! I sure am glad it swam on......One chased me one time.....I am not sure how far.....once I saw the white mouth I took off and didn't look back until I was in the house.....
