I'm dissing while my DH went to pick up a dead dolphin. I didn't want to do the 30 min drive or I would have gone with him. He has 4 people with him so he should be fine. Might go play racketball later.

A dead dolphin. . .? That's so sad.

Okay everyone....I was here and now I am off to see the movie The Departed with DH, DS and his DGF!!! Have to check out those Beantown accents on all the Stars... !!!

Anyway...dinnah is at Red Robin (yummy) and then the movie!!! Be back latah, folks!!!

Jan-May is the really busy season. There are usually about 3 a week during the season. This is normally when we allso get the live strandings. I love those. I went on a baby rrescue but he died before we got there. He was only a few days old. We had Astro last year about 2 years old. He was getting better so we flew him to an aquarium in Florida last July. Turns out meds he was on made him deaf so he can't be released. We saw him on our honeymon in May and got to handfeed him. He seemed to really remember us. It's seeing that that makes you really happy.

Actually it's a volunteer thing. It does though reinforce my dedication to the network. I also just started volunteering at habitat for horses. Until I go back to work I need to do something with my freetime beside watching tv all day.

Everyone who is in on the exchange (and even those who are not) can gather for some tasty cyber tea and Christmas cookies and we can open our gifts together and post our thank yous!! This date has yet to be set but will be at a time that works for the most exchange chatters. We are aiming in the week to two before Christmas time frame.

Im doing fine. We went and picked out our pumpkin today. DS is happy and wants me to make a pumpkin pie already.

I love carving pumpkins, in fact last year we had a pumpkin carving party. Got the little pumpkins and the carving kits from Walmart. It was so much fun we were thinking of doing it again this year. Are you having any Halloween parties?
