I'm glad!

Oh, it was very nice! I took off and went to lunch, and then to the mall to do some shopping. I got some pants for work from Macy's and some lotion and hand sanitizer from Bath and Body Works. Yum! It was very nice shopping without kids screaming, "Mom, can I get this? It's only $50!"

I posted this earlier today. Thought I'd post again:

DD(14) has oral surgery scheduled for Friday, in the early morning. She has a K9 tooth that won't come in. Well, she's in braces and that's slowing down the whole process. She's very nervous, but the dentist reassured her that it is one of their easiest procedures, and will only last about 45 minutes to an hour. They're giving her laughing gas, and then to sleep. Afterwards, we're taking her home to sleep and rest all day. They said she'd be feeling very groggy after the surgery. Do you have any suggestions of ways for me to reassure her and cheer her up?

Take her to Claires and get her some accessories! Tell her I'm jealous that I don't get the laughing gas anymore. It makes ya feel really nice!

Just picking up DH. Tomorrow is our 10-year anniversary. We're not really doing anything tomorrow, either. Probably have dinner on the deck after the girls go to bed. That's it. We're too poor to do much right now. Plus, it's a weeknight.

Sometimes Bonnie those are the best ways to celebrate by not doing much. In January I'll celebrate my 20th. My youngest DS was born on my 9th anniversay so we give birthday parties instead of "us" dinners.
