Hi everybody  ! How is everyone? We went out to dinner tonight, we had Chinese, it was yummy!!!!

Hi Mary! It's great to see you. I just signed back on too, after going to dinner. We had Mexican though.

Bonnie: I was happy to see that you got your tags back. I wish I could get the TF to give me a tag.

I am so happy they are back! That was funny though, being on the naughty mat. The T.F.s are very clever.

We had great news yesterday. DD (Emily) began having seizures 2 years ago in Kindergarden. They put her on Depakote 250 mg. twice a day to control them. That is a drug that is given for bi-polar disorder and can cause extreme behavioral problems and educational problems in children, but it controls the seizures. We have had terrible problems with her for the last two years. We have asked them to change her meds and they wouldn't. Well 1 month ago, DH and I convinced her neurologist to try to wean her off her meds to see if she has outgrown the seizures. And it has been a 4 week process, and she had begun having blinking episodes, we thought for sure she was having petit mal seizures. So we took her to Children's Hospital yesterday to have an EEG, well she had a Clean EEG, shen is having NO seizures. :thumbsup2

So, is the blinking a tic? Great news about no seizures! :Pinkbounc

Hi Paige! No, I asked him that, he thinks that she may still have of the residuals left in her system from the meds. Well, since the medicine was being used for a neurological issue, he thinks it may have some neurological residual effect. He is certain that they will subside as the rest of the medicine leaves her body. We have noticed that it is decreasing. Her teacher said that today was Emily's best day in school since the first day of school.

Steph, those are all-new tags, aren't they? :cheer2:

The first one is the one I used to have. The second one is new, and the other two I have had for a week or so. It is confusing! But in a good way. ;)

Awww....Mary, it's about being in the right place at the right time. I don't even think it's about being witty anymore. It's a matter of luck. And just a reminder, I DISed for 4 yearas before I got my first tag. :guilty:

Thanks! :teeth:

I got the 2nd one because Fab and I were talking about my replaced tags. I told her I didn't mind losing the one about DH because he was getting on my nerves. Fab liked the attacking from a distance one, so there you go! Clear as mud now?

It was a fun night. I was trying to laugh quietly so my family wouldn't have me commited, so I ended up bawling like a baby from tears of laughter! :rotfl:
