Sorry, off reading other threads....................hi guys! :wave2:

Hey! :wave2:

Wonder where Bonnie is...

Forgive me for ranting, but I'm at the library right now and the family from hell is here. They just make me crazy!!

Well, my brother called. He's in Kuwait heading for Baghdad soon. He had me laughing with stories about camel spiders that are big as basketballs. He hit one against the wall, it started running around chasing people (6 girls, 14 guys) and they were ALL screaming soprano. I forgot to ask how they got rid of it. Apparently these things hiss and scream while chasing people. Anyone else hear of these things?

Hi girls! Just got home from picking up DH. He worked late tonight.

Heather and I were watching High School Musical but we didn't get to finish it because she had to go to a church activity and I needed to pick up Brent. I haven't seen it before, so I can't wait to catch the ending!

What's up with you girls?

:guilty: AHHH!! The 23 year old sister (I called her them mom and got rheemed out for it, she's about 400lbs and looks over 30) is screaming at the 7ish year old in the bathroom which echoes all over the library. Great now the brat is screaming. I've never met a kid that is more of a brat than this one. The 10ish year old is really good, I feel bad for her!

The dad is downstairs. He just creeps me out for some reason.

I'm a children's librarian, I usually don't make really negative judgements on people, but this family is like a tornado of noise and distruction and meaness. It's really sad. :guilty:

Of course they are never here for less than 2 hours too.

Aren't librarians supposed to tell everyone to "SSHHHHHHHH!!!!"? :teeth:

Wow that gives me perspective!! I have no right to complain!

It is a funny story! I'll ask my biologist grandpa about them; he's the spider guru. Want to pet his tarantula? She's really pretty! :teeth:

So Bonnie, I was gone for a few weeks from the computer so I have a question. Who is Heather? Sorry in advance for being nosy :teeth:

Dang guys, what is freakin' wrong with my foot? It still hurts, I'm still limping, and now it feels like fire streakin' down the middle! What's up with that?

We do to a certain extent, but only if they are VERY and persistently loud (and old enough to know better). This family just has no quiet button at all. I can't tell you how many times I've told the girls to stop running. One fell flat on her face and started screaming, but was running around again 2 minutes later. :sad2:

The other night the youngest starting taking all of the CDs out of their cases and making piles. Then she stuck one in the computer CD Rom drive.

The oldest sister just handed me the piles of CDs. I told her to put them back together, but she played dumb. It took me 30 minutes to put them back together!

They just obviously have no discipline at all.

Did you stub your foot on something? That could do it! I turned my pinkie toe purple and it hurt for a couple of days after I kicked a dolphin in the mouth. It hurt me more than I him.

Heather is DSD 12

No worries about being nosy. My life is an open book!

No, a long time ago........I don't even remember when, maybe almost 2 weeks?................the liner in my shoe came loose, so I walked rather awkwardly the rest of the day. It didn't hurt until I got home and stepped out of the car. It's hurt ever since..............

Bonnie! How are you today???? Have a good day off? :wave2:

HI all~

Wondering if I could join in....would like to get to know some fellow Disers a little better. I should warn you that I am a known thread killer...it's not intentional it's just in my blood.

Can I join in?

I would see a Dr if I were you. That is very unusual.
