Well its Monday. Here we go again..but this time its
5 DAYS TO GO UNTIL DISNEY!!!!!!!

Can you tell I'm a little excited?
I really hope Ernesto goes far far away and doesn't bother the US-I've been watching it and holding my breath (well not the WHOLE time) and hoping it passes us by.

this weekend was ok. Not long enough-although it never is.
DBF just got a call from his Dad in Taiwan who said hes coming to visit on Friday. FRIDAy! Thanks for the advance notice. So now the plans that we were making to go out somewhere to celebrate my birthday a little early have been thwarted. Its no special occasion when half the meal is in a language I don't understand. And besides, I was hoping for a romantic night. How come every time I try to plan something with DBF one of his family has to fly in and ruin it? Its making me MAD!

I am excited for you! What a wonderful thing! I cannot wait for it to be me who is posting FIVE days until Disney!!

Do you have everything packed? Is your mom packed? Will you be meeting her there or traveling together?

UGH ERNESTO...go back out to sea and die quietly there!! *I am sure a LOT of people are wishing that*

Hugs!! That stinks. Do you think that you guys might be able to bump your special romantic plans up to Thursday night? Not the best alternative...but I am guessing his dad doesn't visit much because of the distance so it might not be possible for him to just skip Friday...although a thought just hit me, will his dad be there on Saturday (I would assume so being as it's an awful long flight for one day). Could you guys still do "your thing" Friday and then have him invite his dad to come and even stay over at your place the entire time you are gone? Not that you don't want to see his dad...but maybe you could have your romantic birthday night and then he could have a ton of good "one on one" visiting time with his dad while you are at WDW and everyone would be happy!

Just some suggestions...feel free to discard without notice!

Jay, his dad will be staying with us on Friday night, and there is no way around it. He arrives around 5pm. I leave for WDW around noon on Saturday. DBF will have his dad to hang out with the whole week, so that is nice, but gosh darn it the timing is always bad! I know I would feel bad if I was left in my son's apartment on my first night there (they haven't seen each other in a year) while my son and his gf went out on a date. So I guess we'll have to try a different day. Thursday won't work because we have to clean the apartment for his dad. I hate cleaning.
Enough negativity. I just won't have a birthday celebration with DBF. oh well. I'll be at Disney for my birthday!
