I'm here. I've been snooping around to see what's going on out there. I have to admit I enjoy seeing who's getting into trouble. As long as it's not me :teeth:

Yep, I feel the same way. I like to witness the drama, as long it's not about me! :goodvibes

::yes:: Me too!

Paige- I know what you mean. We were about to go to a hotel tonight. It's so rediculously hot here. Still no call from that stupid A/C guy...

I didn't find anyone getting in trouble. I love the drama, where are they?

Paige- I know what you mean. If it wasn't for the portable A/C, we'd be in a hotel right now! I wish that stupid A/C guy would call us back!

Ummm, I think the heat is getting to you, Neesey.............you already said that!

LOL! I know- I didn't think it went through. It said the page has not been displayed. I retyped it like 10 times! LOL

Well DD wants to get on the computer before it gets way too hot in here. Hopefully I'll talk to you all tomorrow! :wave2:

Had my Father-In-Law and DW's Aunt here for the last week. they went home today. We have spent alot of time seeing the sights.

How about you?

Sounds like you've been busy. I hope you had a good time with the relatives.

Me, just hanging out with my DDs. Looking for a job (but not very hard :) )

Thank you!!! It was nice seeing them, but a week is long enought (if you know what I mean).

What kind of job are you looking for?

Teaching Kindergarten. Kind of cutting it close for this year though, so I'll probably teach preschool or something. The key for me is getting a job close to the house. I don't want to commute, like DH is doing! What a pain!

I know that feeling!! I drive about 50 mins everyday!

DW has taught pre-school for about 5 years. She now attending college full-time to be a early elem teacher.

Good luck on your job search!!! pixiedust:

Brent drives 25 minutes to the train station, then takes the train 20 minutes to get to Alexandria. Then he has to take a bus from the train stop to his office building. What a pain! But driving there is out of the question. The traffic from here heading toward D.C. is HIDEOUS!

Geez, drama! I was already in my nightgown since DS was in and the day was done and the doorbell rang. DH had to answer it since I was nekky, and he hates talking to people. I did finally have the presence of mind to put on a bathrobe, but mainly it was just to put the dog up. (Did I mention that yesterday some teen shot another teen just because he wanted to shoot whoever answered the doorbell and he picked that house randomly........so I didn't want to answer it anyway). Anyway, dh was saying they'd go away. I checked if the dog and cat were in, and asked dh if the boys were upstairs (he'd been in the livingroom) and he said yes. Then the guy starts knocking.........so, like I said, dh had to answer it.

It was the neighbor who lives behind us. Says he saw DS2 (the 4 year old) throwing rocks over the fence into his pool. Says he just got through doing 350 bucks worth of repairs to the pool for rocks in his gears. So, I'm thinking, oh, he played in the back yesterday unattended after dinner, must have done it then...............nope, somehow went right behind dh watching TV and was in the yard doing it as we were speaking with the neighbor. He had dirt clumps in his hands when I called him in (must have small rocks in them I guess).

Thankfully, the neighbor doesn't want money for it because he says "kids are kids" (nice guy!) 'cause we ain't got the funds right now. If we did, I'd pay him anyway.........but with the dog at the vet, the car needing repair, DS1 supposedly needing braces, and me having surgery...........this cash cow is empty!

Little son is in big trouble!

oooooo, he got BUSTED! You are lucky to have such a nice neighbor.

Well, I'm gonna go to bed. I'm really tired. Plus now Paige is here. :rotfl: Just kidding.

Bye!
