Here's my sob (feel sorry for myself

) story.(don't say I didn't warn ya

) My back, my poor poor back
I had lower back pain for years (on and off ) like almost everyone does from time to time. I never had to go to the dr. Then it all of a sudden got aweful, there was a terrible pain shooting down my leg. So thats when I went to the dr, and he sent me to the neurosurgeon, and he has me going to physical therapy 3 times a week (this is the last week of it, I think) and I had to go get a shot in my back. Just a little warning for if you ever have to get a shot in your back, they told me it was an epidural (which it was) They asked me if I wanted to be sedated, I'm not particularly needle friendly and sedation was through IV, so I decided I could handle the epidural without it. (Why get stuck twice when you can just get stuck once, and IVs hurt, or at least that was my thinking at the time) In the waiting room everyone has their little iv already in place to get the medicine to make them sleep while they have the procedure) at that point I was getting scared, wondering what they knew that I didn't. I learned my lesson though, its not like the epidural you get when you have a baby. They stick the needle (that I swear is a foot long and 6 inches wide

, felt like it anyway) they stick it in your back and into this thick thing that surrounds your nerves, you feel it pop, and it hurts soooo much, I was tramatized, thought I would have nightmares

, I didn't but, anyway, I jumped and it came out and he had to do it again, without telling me it came out. I honestly hated him at that moment. But my back almost instantly started feeling better. Not 100% so of course they still want to do surgery. Which I am going to try to put off until the end of the year so I can finish another semester of school, and make my Disney World trip. But before I had the shot it hurt so much to sit on my behind, I almost couldn't stand it, so I didn't get on the computer much, unless I was on my knees in front of it.

And that's my story. SOrry so long.
