Nothing says "I'm a fashionista" like mall bangs and peg-rolled jeans! I'm IN! But I can't do jeans w/ holes in the knees. I once broke my arm trying to get a pair of "so cool" holey-kneed jeans off. Sad, but true!

I was watching the weather report and this coming Sunday the high is supposed to get up to a balmy -2 degrees. Darn those Canadians and their arctic air! I just keep telling myself that in 3 more weeks I will be in Florida. However, with my luck there will be a freak ice storm in Orlando for just the days I'm there!

Trisha, I would like to announce that I have lost 9 pounds in the past 9 days! I really wish I would have had a scale my first week cause I know that is the week with the big numbers! But I'm pretty pleased with my nine pounds!

Just make sure you don't have holy undies. Just sayin.

Girl, you know me. Just work and taking care of the family. Which is more work. And you know how lazy I am so I'm not liking it worth a toot!! And no, of course not! I consider it insulation. Helps keep me warm during these cold winter days.

OK about this mayors thing, there have been a few rumors going around. #1 anytime 2 nice looking men come to my door and ask to talk to me.........well I let them in. Really I had just called about our roads that were a sheet of ice and the gal that answered the phone told me to wait until the warm air moved in. ETC

So I just happened to stop into the mayors office and have a little chat. I did get a card with a phone# to call anytime. They just might be sorry.

I have one of those wonky days. Worked this morning, home for a bit, about to head off to see another one. Who has called me 3 times already today. Why oh why did I want to be a social worker? I really don't care about people that much. And I knew that about me. So genius that I am, go into a helping profession!!! That was brilliant. I'm old and grizzled too (get it - ha ha) so I have about as much empathy for these folks as - well, I don't have any. I think they can all live perfectly well without me. And if there's a little bloodshed, well, that which doesn't kill us makes us stronger, right?

Ok, I'm outa here. Gotta grab my superhero cape and go rescue the crazies. Have a lovely day queen hag!!! Oh, and I say flick your assistant between the eyes. Then every time she gets out of line you can just act like you're going to flick her again, and I bet she walks the line. It only takes once. I'm just guessing, um, purely speculation.

Well, I don't know if I'm saving the world...I'll stop and save a turtle if it's crossing the road, but that's about it. I have much more empathy for animals than humans.
