She goes to Disneyworld and shows all the special parts!

Oh well...with all that flippin' ice you YANKS sent my way, there just may be a 'snow day' tomorrow!!! That means no worky for me and DISsy all day!!! It's been far too long since I last did that!

Just make sure you double-check the time when I quote TV show times because I may forget to make the time zone adjustment and be off an hour.

Actually, I think it's the opposite. The dripping water has stopped because it is colder and the ice is forming before it has a chance to drip down.

I have to go in to the office tomorrow, i.e., can't work from home again. We're supposed to be doing a major program installation on Thursday and have some things the project team needs to discuss face-to-face. If my kids are off from school, do you wanna come babysit? You can bring your boys over to play with mine.

I just hope our house is still standing when we get home from work. I really think they'll have school tomorrow but who knows.

Yes and no. They're boys -- lots of energy, very competitive -- the usual winter day pattern is they'll start playing video games and end up getting a bit physical. Also, the 6 year old is a wild card -- never know what he'll do.

They actually played outside some today but we always anxiously await the return of warm weather early each Spring when they can be outside for most of the day. Basketball practice and games help also, as does indoor baseball practice when it starts in late January -- anything to burn off energy.

Morning, Chatters! It's 8:24 and all is well. Well, not really well cause I got a phone call at work that Miss Ainslee Skye has a fever and a sore throat. So I had to come home. But other than that, it's all good because at least I will have some time to fill out some Christmas cards. I'm late, I know!


BTW: I don't have addresses for Lisa, Rob, Minty or Cheryl!

I know, I know. Only I could injure my neck while shakin' my hips! Really, I spent all day hunched over doing calligraphy and my neck got really stiff. Then in the "warm-up" part of the class she had us do the neck-roll thing, and I tweaked it. And believe it or not, there is quite a bit of neck gyrating going on during "belly" dancing!

Maybe I should put a video on YouTube....

Hi Shannon! Thanks! I gave her some medicine when I got home and she took a nap. She just woke up and her fever is down and she said her throat is feeling better. She said her head still hurts though, but it looks like the children's tylenol/cold is helping somewhat!

Good luck with your Christmas cards. Have you got all your shopping done for your family? I just ordered stuff for my dad and his wife, and two of my sisters. It's coming along a little at a time. We got a few things ordered online for the girls, but unfortunately we are gonna have to do most of our shopping on or after the 21st!! That's when we both get paid and also when DH receives his bonus. Grrrr! Wish it came earlier.
