While I'm sure Bonnie is much tinier than my DW and I'm sure Rella is much stronger than me, I did this on a Disney vacation once (in the Summer of 2000) and it was a royal pain in the back literally. This was our west coast trip and actually Disneyland wasn't too bad. It was that freakin' San Diego Zoo -- which appears to be built literally in a canyon -- and all its hills!

Howdy, friends. I'm skiving off work today cause I just can't do another day of being on my feet right now. I'm gonna sit or lay the whole day cause my foot is in agony. It was nice to be able to see my girls off to school for once though! I sure am glad I have those little freaks in my life. I'm gonna have to go into D.C. and pick up Brent from the airport, but not till this evening. And then.... it's the WEEKEND!!

Howdy, friends. I'm skiving off work today cause I just can't do another day of being on my feet right now. I'm gonna sit or lay the whole day cause my foot is in agony. It was nice to be able to see my girls off to school for once though! I sure am glad I have those little freaks in my life. Girl, you need to make his **** catch the Metro from the airport, so you can pick him up in Springfield!!! Soooo much easier than battling your way in & out of the city!!!!

Rella-- hope your cold gets better ASAP-- nothing like wasting a weekend being sick!

Aside from BoyScouts (Hey Bonnie-- Reece will be in the parade on Old Bridge Rd tomorrow a.m.), I will be putting up some Christmas decorations this weekend while drinking copious amounts of alcohol. (after the munckins are asleep!)

Hey, Shannon! Ainslee is supposed to be in that parade too. But I'm not sure if we'll make it. I haven't even bought her girl scout vest yet. I'm not to prompt with these things.

The little boy is in WDW right now! They got him all casted up and they left yesterday for Orlando. Hope he's having a great time. Poor little fella!

DH is flying into Dulles, or believe me, I'd be making him take the metro!

Now you have me wanting to put up my Christmas decor!! I'll beg DH to get the Christmas tubs out this weekend. We'll see if he actually does it though!! Do you do a Disney tree, or is it eclectic? Mine is Disney, but I do put other dookey on it too. I love me some CHRISTMAS!

Just got home from lunch with Haggedy-Shan!! (Get it? Like Raggedy-Ann? ) We went to Cheeseburger in Paradise, and even had dessert too! Then we went to Hallmark, because we care enough to send the very best. I bought a couple things for Christmas! Now I can say that I have begun christmas shopping! Even though it was only a couple Webkins for the girls!

Anyway, that Shannon hag is one groovy chick. She totally fits in with our freaky group!

Thought you could hide from me but I have my ways of finding people...

I have a bunch of Disney stuff on my tree, too (including a Minnie Mouse tree topper), and I bought a bunch of new stuff at WDW last week. But I had it shipped home and it hasn't come yet!! Don't they know I want my stuff now! But I have a bunch of "dookey" too. I love a mixture. I really want to put my tree up this weekend!

Hey-did someone mention copious amounts of alcohol? I'm in. I have my Bass in the fridge just waiting for me (that's Bass as in the British beer, not the aforementioned singing fish or the singing type). As soon as hubby gets home I'm popping a movie in the DVD player and a cold one and starting my weekend!

Sounds like our trees are quite similar, save it be for the tree toppers..mine is TinkerBell. I love that Minnie one though! I have a Tink Tree Skirt too~ Did you get the Minnie Tree skirt?
