Awwww...he's a cutie! You guys are gonna make a lovely groom-and-bride-to-be!
Thank you :)

maybe we're long lost sisters
We must be :cheer2:
Hi Chatters !

I had a rough one last night, thankfully I remembered my advil and water before bed :rotfl:

We have a roller skating party today, I can hardly wait to get there :headache:

I hope you all have a great day !!!
2 glasses of gatorade always does it for me fine.

They still have roller skating rinks? Man..I haven't seen one of those in ages (that being like 10 years) How you had fun!

Great pics !! :thumbsup2 although now I want a shot of tequila and a lapu lapu
There's nothing wrong with that. Sadly the liquor store was closed when I got there (stupid Pats game) so I'm out of tequila. Guess I'll open my bottle of Port for tonight. But after that...all the alcohol is gone :(

Your screen name reminds me of something that made me laugh yesterday. I am doing the Atkins Diet and have only "gone" 3 times in 3 weeks. So yesterday Utahmama said, "bonnie, you need to :pooh:"** I laughed so hard! :rotfl:
Aww...that is a really long time to not go. I think something is odd if I dont :pooh: everyday. Have you taken some relief pills yet?

Good morning girls!

I have to admit trouble does start when women without husbands
go to disney.
:rolleyes1
That's because we're the well-behaved ones. See InBigKC, Rob for an example. ;)

We were staying in a 2 BR, but now squid's sister and her friend are using one of the rooms. So basically we are in a 1BR now. But it will work out great, cause there are two beds in the master and there are two pull-outs in the living room (the sofa and the chair). So there are plenty of beds for the four of us!
Plus the two beds in the master have room for Rob to sleep underneath so I will be out of the way.

Well, I'm not constipated, I just don't eat a lot of carbs or fiber these days and there isn't a lot of "waste". So i am gonna start trying these fiber one bars or maybe some fiber capsules. :thumbsup2

Yeah, ok, PERV!

What are you up to this weekend, Rob? Are you doing anything fun? Do you have Monday off too?

I would have to agree with you, my DH is so good compared to me.

You don't have to be under the bed. I'm kicking them out of the whole suite, :rolleyes1 so you can have one bedroom.

They should be very comfortable on the chairs in the concierge lounge. :teeth:

Muff, do you have any kids? I forget!

And you know, it's not too late to come to the meet, lady!

Not a lot. We had basketball games and baseball practices yesterday. Today was my maternal grandparents' 62nd wedding anniversary so DS15 and I attended their church this morning and then took them to lunch to celebrate. Now, we're watching NFL Playoff football and at sometime today I need to do about four hours of work on my real job.

DW and I are off tomorrow but apparently the medical professionals in this town are not as we have three different medical appointments for three different sons at three different at three different places tomorrow and then DS15 has a basketball game at 5:00 for his high school freshman team. Intermixed in the day's activities is supposed to be freezing rain turning to snow around 7:00 p.m. so that could add some excitement to the day.

Yes, 2 teen girls 13 & 16. And sometimes I'd love to ship them off, do you want them? :rotfl:

I'd love to, but the family and the job might say something. :rotfl2:
If you guys feel like taking a Christmas trip you know were a few of us ladies will be. :rolleyes1

Does Squiddy like the Poly? :)

No, 3. Ages 14, 10 and 6. Technically the 10 and 6 are my only biological children, but I have been raising the 14yo since she was 2. Her mom pretty much abandoned her, I have never even seen her mom, and Heather has not seen her since she was 3. No phone calls, cards, nothing. So I just call her my DD and she calls me mom.

I dunno. But I do!

Freezing rain is very scary. Ice Storms freak me out!!

Ours aren't quite that bad but we have had some bad ones. Thankfully we live in a fairly new suburb where the utility lines are all buried so we don't have to worry too much about downed power lines.

Here's some pics from our last ice storm which was actually fairly mild:

We had a storm like that two years ago. Didn't leave the house that day at all! Oh I hate Ice. I can handle snow...its the ice I hate

I don't understand how women can do that to their children & abandon them. That breaks my heart.
But that girl is lucky to have you!

Well, big is a relative term, isn't it? It's pretty good size for a suburban lot, big enough for a pickup football game but not big enough for a baseball game (well, maybe for DS6 but not for DS9, DS12, or DS15). I think we have about 1/3 of an acre, about twice the size of the lot that our starter home sat on.

In the middle pic, on the left edge through the trees, is the younger boys' elementary school so the large sized schoolyard is not too far away.

Well maybe I just will! Who's going with ya? Anybody I know?

Rob, stay safe in the ice storm, friend! Hope it's nothing like the pics you posted!

Anita

It's only the four of us going alone.
SnowWhite33 is coming with her family. I don't think you know her.
