Hey chatters! I made it safe and sound to B'ham. Lots and lots of policemen on the way, so I couldn't even speed. Very long trip. Bon and T, I got your PM's/emails, but I'm headed out shopping, so I will reply tonight. If my sis doesn't mix up a batch of Sex on the Beach. Or maybe I will reply either way. Could be interesting. Nope, I haven't seen Pirates. Eveyrone keeps telling me how bad it sucks. You really liked it?

I did like it.
No it wasn't super fresh and unimaginable like the first one was. But how could it be, they were the same characters, etc.

Yes there were parts that were a bit far fetched. There were a few scenes that I wish had been edited a bit shorter but I thought the ending was more than worth it. Both the ending of the movie itself and the ending of the trilogy.

There were also several specific nods to the PoC ride, which were great fun for this WDW fanatic.

I didn't go expecting amazing things, and I probably won't go running back next week to see it again, but I'm very glad I saw it in the theater.

But when/if you do go, don't miss the end of the credits. They were very long, and we would have left too but dh wanted to see where it was filmed... then at the very, very end a surprise! I'm so glad I saw it! And we were the only ones in the theater!! And no I won't tell....

I got up extra early today as my brother was leaving from my parents' house (he and his fam were visiting over the holiday weeked) to drive to Colorado. They are moving there, and my DB is driving out today while SIL and kids will fly out in a couple of weeks. I totally didn't expect it, but I was bawling as he drove away. My Mom is really upset so Drew and I came home to give her some privacy. Dad is on the golf course...men!

They are moving there, and my DB is driving out today while SIL and kids will fly out in a couple of weeks. I totally didn't expect it, but I was bawling as he drove away. My Mom is really upset so Drew and I came home to give her some privacy. Dad is on the golf course...men!

I know it's hard when families live apart. I hope your mom is feeling better now. I think I see lots of vacations heading to Colorado in your future. Good luck to your brother and his family.
