Hola chatters...who is here? I thought I would stop by after my afternoon nap but before my evening nap . I NEVER sleep this much. But this time the nasty little bug is kicking my butt from here to China, back and then to Maine. It's not any sort of fun at all...but I shouldn't complain. I could be worse and my life is blessed...so if this is all I have to complain about... I am lucky indeed....BUT...*said in a whine* I don't feel good.

Today two huge beautiful black labs (I think that's what they were...but they were bigger then my yellow lab) were out in our yard. Both of them were wearing collars and one of them had a chain still attached to his collar. They were stealing my cat's food and I felt so bad for them...one of them was limping. Totally dragging one leg behind him. So I dumped out some more food and then called the animal center here. They took a description and said they thought someone would be calling them after work and they would send them my way. I feel terrible....but I have three kids, two dogs of my own (and one is the size of a morsel to those huge things) and I am sick...I couldn't go and wrangle them myself. I am annoyed that they wouldn't come out and catch two LARGE dogs on my property one of which was clearly injured. They said they would come out some time early next week if they were still around. And if they are not...then two huge (I don't think they were mean...but they could'a been) dogs *one of whom is injured enough to have to drag his leg) and who are so obviously someone's pets are lost in the cold. GRRRRR...talk about no response. Where we used to live they would come out ASAP if you called in a stray. And if they are still around...well, my kids certainly cannot play outside nor can they take our own dogs out or can I allow our dogs to run free in their own yard. GRRRRR. NOT to even begin to mention that we live by some cattle and horse farms. Those farmers will shot first and ask questions later if they see huge dogs upsetting their stock. And those horses...some of them are worth more then my house. I know they are not gonna put up with wandering dogs. Which I also mentioned...but the dog catcher didn't seem to care about that either . GRRRR.

Okay, my venting and ranting and raving is done. How are you all doing??!!

I had a horrible awful no good very bad day. I think I'll move to Australia. It was all in my head though. My ACTUAL day was fine. Just my head is screwed on wrong.

And since I am not nearly as positive as you, I WILL COMPLAIN and I'm perfectly well.

I am so sorry you're sick though.

I think I want a puppy. What do you think?

PUPPY!!! Get a bichon mixed with a shih tzu...Sadie (or Poo...whatever ) is a great little dog.

The good thing about today is that dh is bringing home dinner...I called him and croaked at him (no real voice for me) that he better bring food home or nobody would be eating because I don't feel like cooking. SO... !! No matter what he brings home, I won't have had to make it!

No, I want a little one Jay. This was just suggested today, and I have seized upon it. Dh is going to flip out as I said I wouldnever want another puppy, but you know what? I really think I do.

I go to the psych in a few. I'm telling him this med isn't working (obviously). Then we get to embark on a whole new journey. I hate my brain reuptake synapses or whatever they are that are messing me up. Stupid things.

Yay for not cooking! I wonder if I can swing that somehow.

I would totally rock the big hair was my reponse on an 80s hair thread. As in I would totally do the big hair again. I loved it.

I laugh at me too sometimes. I don't remember what that one was about. I got it on the MH thread though.

And my pokey. I begged for it. Plain and simple.

I've always wanted an English Bulldog. My brother says they have "gas" issues, and the wrinkles in their faces get stinky from drool. He had one a long time ago, but only for a short while. His friend fell in love with him and he let the friend take him.

We've known two that bit children.......I know dh would say no. I do like 'em though.
