We just had a roller coaster week. DH mom, sister and bro in law visited. Sis was scheduled for a series of tests to determine if she would be a match for Dh. Everything was going great until Wed when they determined she didnt have enough kidney functionality to support dh. She is healthy but the factors used like age, size and etc. didnt come up with enough final figures. It was devastating news.

BUT sis in laws husband wanted to be tested and claimed the dates and times of the remaining tests and played catch up.

He is a match!

We are still speechless how the focus shifted from sis to bil. Bro in law has a MRI schedule tomorrow and when we get the results from that then dates will be discussed to proceed with the transplant which could be mid March.
