Paige it would be the same way here. We get snow maybe once every ten years or so. Just for one day. The whole city shuts down because we don't know what to do with it. No one knows how to drive in it.

the Saints are coming here? Aren't they in for a frigid surprise-Soldier field is not enclosed!! Have fun braving the Chicago winter by the lake. I think this is the first time in a long time the Bears have made it this far. But New Orleans deserves to win more-if we go by the standards of all of those sports movies-the team who goes through the most emotional stuff always wins

yeah I wouldn't drive today Paige-the traffic will be full of crazies today and I don't want you to run the risk of getting hurt

So how are you girls this morning?

I have a headache, I'm being weaned off the valium and even taking it slow after only a month on it, it's a big deal. I'm actually kind of scared to stay another month on this half dose.

By your first comment I'll guess you're not a big football fan. I sure hope your last statement comes true. We have never been to the Super Bowl or made it this far EVER! It sure has given the folks down here something to be cheerful about. Takes their minds off rebuilding their houses and all that goes along with it.

By your first comment I'll guess you're not a big football fan. I sure hope your last statement comes true. We have never been to the Super Bowl or made it this far EVER! It sure has given the folks down here something to be cheerful about. Takes their minds off rebuilding their houses and all that goes along with it.

If thats not a great reason to win a superbowl, I don't know what is.

Lisa, I agree with you on the overreactions.......BUT.......in the South, we don't have SNOW, like we can use the 4 wheel drive or chains and just go on.... it ices before it snows and usually after as well, and the snow is usually quite thin, we have an inch and that's a LOT ...............you can't even WALK let alone DRIVE on that crap.
