I am back from Wal Mart.

I have water filters, a new bike helmet for DS6, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, batteries (3 different kinds)... oh, I don't know... about $75 worth of crap.

BUT, guess what? No Valentines.

OMG! The humanity! I could not get anywhere near the THREE aisles that had the pink and red streamers dangling over them. It was insane! Shoulder to shoulder... people pushing... shoving... grabbing whatever had a heart on it. My kids may be scarred for life.

I will go to the Dollar Store on Monday when everyone is back at work and school. Maybe I should grab one of those guitar/lighter things while I'm there...

Yes you missed my warning anywhere but Walmart. Even the Hallmark store had some. Make sure you point the guitar down when you "play with it" and make sure you blame the store clerk when your shoes catch on fire

Walmart people dont do it (and no I am not antiWalmart) go anywhere the grocery store, CVS, dollar store for your Valentines. I am anti crowds on the weekends I cant go anywhere near those places on the weekends, it makes me hyperventiliate Nights and weekdays, avoid the crowds.

I was at Halmark yesterday and saw they had them there. I will go to the grocery store and get the candy to go with them.

I was looking at the monacle thread, about kids swearing. A "perfect" posted that her 8 year old never has, because she has never heard them.

What?? She is 8 and has never heard a swear word. Yeah right.

Have your kids sworn? DD7 has. DS5 hasn't but, that is just his Developmental Delay. DS3 laughs like the kid on The Simpsons at people. Ha! Ha! He hasn't seen that show. He just has the laugh down perfect because I always do it to DH.

Oh to be so perfect.

Maybe it was a good thing I went to Walmart yesterday. No big problems except for the idiots who see you trying to get out of an aisle but still try to block you & bully you into giving up and turning around to go the other way. Guess what idiots I have 3 kids with me aint no way you can push me around.

Back from Walgreens. It wasn't too bad. We also went to the grocery store. They had Mrs. Smith's blueberry pie on sale for $2.49 and I thought of all of you. I didn't buy it because I am going to try to lose a little weight.

BTW DS3 says, "She hit me with that!!" Ahhh, the peace of home.

I am dreading WalMart. I have to buy Valentine's for DS5 two classes, DD7 class, and DS3 class. Enough already.

Hate, hate, hate walmart on weekends. As far as the Valentines go, I have to go "shopping" in my attic later - basically dig through boxes of crap till I find the one that has all the clearance Valentines I picked up last year. I figure I am set for about 5 years with all the $.09 boxes I put away

Oy, do not let anyone from the home office hear us as we are the definition of sexual harassment. We were discussing the primary Tuesday and my boss says very serious like.....Let's just say I am a Bush lover for a minute here.....that was all he got out and we were on the floor!!! For the rest of the day we busted him about loving bushes and I don't mean trees

My work is like that every day. The new company that brought us sent all of us from mangers on down to classes on what was sexual harrassment. They had us ack us skits.We acted like we do all day.
