I missed something...who is Oinky??


I just remembered, I put uniforms in the dryer this morning with just enough time to dry so I could take them out while they were warm. You guys just reminded me with your laundry chit chat, that they are still in the dryer. Now...do I ....



a) take them out and iron them, cussing the whole time how I can't remember my own name most days...

b) run them thru the cycle again and hope I remember to take them out

c) take them out fold them and put them away "as is"

d) forget about them again...right now.


This is funny...I am taking Ginko because it's supposed to help with memory..you are supposed to take it three times a day. I can most days remember the first dose, but I can't remember to take the other 2 throughout the day..

I'm taking another one for memory, too, but I can't remember what it's called...

Here is one for you John and I are getting our taxes done tonight. This is the first time in the 20 plus years we have done them this early. I am an April 15 kinda gal Our account called me today to see if it was really us that was booked tonight. She was shocked

It is another one of those take your kids out of school for vacation and the lady only wants to take him out for one day.

I admit I did not read the whole thread, but some people are really getting ridiculous, it is one day, not 2 weeks

My sister does our and she was shocked that we sent ours to her last week. She had to call my Dh and ask the same thing.

I don't think I've seen a Vin Diesel movie except The Pacifier. Which one should I rent? I am sure DH would be thrilled if I came home with one of them.

I rented 3:10 to Yuma for him and he was doing this. I even watched most of it. If you're thinking about doing the same thing. Rent it, just don't watch it. I hate those westerns, they are so depressing.

You can start your report on Oinky's visit to your house with, "Because the lazy schlub that had him before us didn't do their job..."

Just a thought.

Luckily this doesnt have to be a pictorial report like Flat Stanley was. Just the kid saying I did A, B and C with Oinky. Oikny may go for haircut for DS tomorrow that may be as adventurous as his vist gets. I do stick him on the dinner table so the kid can say Oinky atedinner with us.

Oinky is the disease infested class mascot that some rude parent decided to send in after their kid was sick and not even wash the thing. Then the teachers handed it to me and "suggested" I wash him before he started the visit at our house!

I did have a Winner moment one year with the mascot, I totally forgot about the thing, I think it was dog this time, had left it in the car, went to get in the car to run to the store before school, saw the thing and went oh shoot! So the dog came to vote since it was Election Day, the darn thing got a flag sticker, the ladies at the voting place mad a huge fuss over DS and the dog, then we went right to school and DS gushed over how he and the dog went to vote. The teachers thought I was a genius for coming up with that idea. Ummm yeah everyone once in a blue moon I pull one out my rearend!
