Went to the Palisades Mall yesterday to see this.
I took the boys and met up with Vickybaby and her DS Chris
Coming from opposite directions, we time ourselves pretty well and arrived within 5 minutes of each other. We had lunch first in the food court...then made our way upstairs...
Yikes...was it crowded!! A sellout!! Good thing we had purchased the tickets ahead of time, even the ticket-holder's line was very long by the time we got there!!
The Lion King is my absolute favorite of all the newer Disney films. I was very eager to see this on an Imax screen, and as expected, it just blew me away!! It was awesome
I couldn't help looking over at the three kids every now and then to see their expressions...and every time I stole a glance...they were all just completely transfixed!!
Of course, when the film ended, and the lights went on, DS Ryan stood up and exclaimed "OK...can we go ride the escalators now?"
Thanks, Vicky....I had a great outing yesterday, and got two-thumbs up from the kids on the way home.
