The Length of the parades?

I'm trying to decide if we have time, or if I wanna make time to watch the parades. Roughly how long does each parade run? Also, the Electric Water Pageant, does it run in January? If so, does it still run at the same times around 9:00 pm?

The parades are all around 20 minutes or so. And, as far as I know, EWP runs always, same time.
