The lazy TR, I'm making my 12 y/o write it LOL ~~~Finally Finished 4/12~~~

Another great entry!
Thanks :goodvibes

Sorry Le Cellier wasn't a good as you remembered. I hope it's better for your next visit!
We went on our last day too and it wasn't :sad2:

It looks like you had fun making those treats at DTD. How were they?
Ellie loved hers, it took about 4 days to eat, Jess ended up throwing hers away, I liked mine, yeah I had one too :rotfl2:

Your Goofy treats look great, such a good use of snack credits.
Thanks Lessa they really are a good SC aren't they :thumbsup2

I love those pictures at the end of Spaceship Earth...do you get to keep them or just redneck them?
I rednecked them, at the end of the ride you can e-mail 1 photo, but I liked all of them :rotfl2:

This is a fun TR with both of you writing it!!! Great job Jess!!!
You're so sweet, thanks!

Your treats look great!
They were, ask for the pixie dust if you go there!

Hmm, DHS?
Nope, sorry CE and I thought what Jess wrote about SE was funny too :rotfl2:

[/COLOR]But what "Provence" where you in.. We were in Nova Scotia.
Sorry I can't remember, it was cold with lots of polar bears though if that helps? :rotfl2:

It was our First year since we did the DDP ate for Lunch.. Liked it.. but would not pay those prices. What.. No Mousse "Moose"
I don't like chocolate moose and David had it last year and wanted a change!

What a cute installment, Jo & Jess! I love reading Jess' perspective on everything!
Thanks, it means the world to her that you're all enjoying it :goodvibes

Sorry that your LeCellier meal wasn't as good as last time. Eric & I went there in December and had the most wonderful filet.... mmmmmmmmmmm.
Last August was just delicious, not sure why it's gone down hill, new chef maybe????

What a bummer about Le Celier! It's so disapointing when something isn't as good as you remember......
I know :sad2:

Poor David..........all he wanted was a hat!
He doesn't ask for much then we can't find it :rotfl2:

Jo! You're such a camera hog!
I know :rotfl2:

I wasn't very impressed with Le Cellier when went in January either. I just figured everyone talked it up too much.
Last year it really was delicious

I won't answer all your park questions since I got your schedule...
Good girl :rotfl:

Sorry that LeCellier wasn't as good. We went last year and loved it. Didn't try it this year. Maybe it was just an off day
I can say that no it wasn't an off day :sad2:

What, no more rides on TT
No Janet :rotfl2: remember we needed some sleep with the jetlag!

MK? It just has to be. I can't believe it wasn't your first park.
:rolleyes1

Great update! Bummer that Le Cell wasn't as good as last time. I have been reading that as of late and have moved it from our must-do list to our maybe list.
I had read that too but ignored it, maybe I shouldn't have :rotfl2:

The treats from Goofy's look psychadelic.
The girls loved the pixiedust!

Great installment!! We are going to Le Cellier in October, we have never been. I hope they are better when we get there. Those mickey treats look yummy!!
I hope LeCellier is good for you and those treats are delicious!

That is so maddening and it happens too many times! We went to Blue Water Grill in NYC, Kat ever been there? and it was amazing. On our next trip we were all like, we came here why?
It's really weird that a meal can be so different each visit

I never saw the crispy treats with pixie dust before! How cute!
We had a really lovely CM who asked if the girls wanted it, there were lots of different colours in bottles on the side near the chocolate bowls!

I am so going into Goofy;s to get some of those treats. they look yummy.
Thanks Scott, hope you arrived safely!

Nice writing Jess, (yes you too Jo )
Thanks :rotfl2:

Too bad about Le Cellier, it was great in February.
I'm not sure why it's changed so much?!?!?

Those treats look great, I had no idea about pixie dust.
I'd never seen it before, there were lots of different colours in bottles on the side near the chocolate bowls!

Man...those rice krispies with pixie dust look to die for!!!
They do look pretty don't they!

And sorry about Le Cell! Bummer...eh??
Definitely :rotfl2:

NO...MK???
Maybe :rolleyes1

Sorry about Le Cellier! Thanks for the info. Chuck and I are still trying it in Dec.
Hope it's lovely for you!

Those treats looked awesome!! So much sugar!!
Sugar???? No there's no calories in them at all ;) :rotfl2:

That's a shame about Le Cellier!!!
I know especially when David was looking forward to it so much!

Like others, I have never seen the treats with pixie dust -- they look so yummy!!!
They're so pretty with the pixiedust on aren't they!

Catching up! Great job Jess !! And of course you too Jo!! I am leaning more away from Le Cellier after your report! I had a great filet there in Feb. but Le Chefs scallop & shrimp is calling and the apple crepes !!!!! Was Davids Brullee maple ??
Thanks Rosie, yes the brulee was maple, I love brulee but hate maple that's why I had the smores :rotfl2:

I knew it! I knew you were going to LeCell! Did I win a prize?
Yeah a trip, no expenses paid, to NYC next year to see me :rotfl2:

So sorry your meal was a disappointment - that's how I felt last year. We didn't book it this year.
At least there are lots of other places to go!

Love your SE pics! Too funny!
That last bit is so much fun isn't it :rotfl2:

I have read several LeCellier reviews lately that have been less than stellar. I don't know if it's due to menu changes, or due to that people expect so much more when they book it. We have it booked for our November trip, we haven't ever been there before. I hope it's good then! How was the creme burlee?
Hope it's good for you, David liked the brulee, very creamy!

The rice krispy treats look tasty! This is another thing we have planned for November. Too good not to do! I haven't ever seen the pixie dust on them either...very cute.
The pixie dust makes them look even more delicious, I'd never seen it before, there were lots of different colours in bottles on the side near the chocolate bowls, just ask :thumbsup2

BTW, the SE pics never get old for me - love them!
I'd love to go on loads of times and choose different things each time as it's so funny to watch your future :rotfl:

Now now girls - do we need to seperate you?!
:rotfl2:

He's still looking for it?!

If I find him one, will you guys come back in 2009?!
He is and sorry no can do :sad1:

I'm going with... AK?
(For the record, I am NOT looking at the Master Itinerary. )
I can see ;) :rotfl2:

Oooh bribery. Is it working Jo
Nope :sad1:

do i get points deducted for gueesing mk??? when i should have known it would be epcot!!
Of course you don't get points deducted

we love tt also!!! looks like you guys had so much fun.
Wait till I get the PP photos back :rotfl:

i won't guess the next park!!!
I'll give you a hint, you're previous guess was a day out!

Sorry your Le Cellier lunch wasn't very good. We're going there for lunch later this month...hope we have better luck. Where did you go next? I'm going to say...DHS! Or maybe AK...or MK I DON'T KNOW!!! Hurry up and tell us! I'd love to hear all about your whole trip before I leave for mine!
I hope you have better luck at LeCellier than we did, ummm yes we went to one of those parks :rotfl2: I've just seen your ticker, wow 18 days, that'll soon be here, not sure if we'll be able to write all 14 days by then, sorry!

Night Jess & Jo!!
Afternoon Rosie!

Have we got an Official Canadian apology for the broken fountain? Lessa--that's your job!
Yes it was all Lessas fault ;) :rotfl2:

Jess--nice of u to share your steak---but I agree--next time, have her order one!
The little PITA decided that she did love steak after all and ordered it loads after that!

Spaceship Earth===on behalf of the US, I apologize for the educational content you were subjected to whilst on holiday!
:rotfl2:

annoying about the hat! Have u checked ebay?
We did last year to no avail!

Jo I don't like maple either :sad2: ( Sorry Lessa) That's why I asked about the brulee, last year I had the valla brulee ther and it was delish :thumbsup2 along with the filet and cheese mashed spuds !!:thumbsup2 This weekend I will start my PTR which of course will be pixless unless KC or someone helps me !!:lmao:
Jo do you like american pancakes ?? I love them but with butter and salt !:lmao: Stand by and wait for the YUKS!!!:rotfl2:
Jess you are doing an awesome job with this TR and what good essay practise for you!!!

student-smilie.gif

I love this smiley! :goodvibes

I Thought you would .. I thought of you when I found it !!!

I look like a mug. :guilty: I'm just getting here.

I think I have a cavity. Those sprinkles on top of the chocolate, on top of the caramel,on top of the rice crispy, on top of the marshmallow...well, the sprinkles were just a tad too much. ;)

Love that you gals are writing this together.:thumbsup2

And I, for one, never would have thought you'd make TT your first ride. BUT, I know how many times you'd been on it by Tambu night. I'll hang on to that gem in case there is a quiz later.

Hope it's good for you, David liked the brulee, very creamy!

Yum! Now the debate, chocolate moose, or creme brulee? I'll probably not figure that out until the moment I order. Maybe I'll make...er-encourage, DH to order the chocolate moose and we can share.

Ooooo those Goofy treats look sensational! :wizard: I'm enjoying this!
They do look good don't they, apparently the pixie dust was like coloured sugar grains and I'm glad you're enjoying it :goodvibes

Butter and salt :scared: Oh Rosie :rotfl2: I prefer thin crepe like pancakes with golden syrup and sugar, not fattening at all :rotfl2: And I wish Jess put as much effort into her homework as she does her TR :rotfl2:

I look like a mug. :guilty: I'm just getting here.
Not at all Kate but good use of the word :rotfl2:

I think I have a cavity. Those sprinkles on top of the chocolate, on top of the caramel,on top of the rice crispy, on top of the marshmallow...well, the sprinkles were just a tad too much. ;)
Not fattening at all ;) :rotfl2:

Awww thanks, it was Jessica's idea!

And I, for one, never would have thought you'd make TT your first ride. BUT, I know how many times you'd been on it by Tambu night. I'll hang on to that gem in case there is a quiz later.
Shhhhhhh it wasn't that many though was it!

Yum! Now the debate, chocolate moose, or creme brulee? I'll probably not figure that out until the moment I order. Maybe I'll make...er-encourage, DH to order the chocolate moose and we can share.
Great idea then you can errrrr share both :rotfl2:

Thanks everyone for all the great replies:thumbsup2

I am just starting the 3rd day as I have just started school again and don't have much time:mad:

Jo I would like the crepe pancakes with Golden sypup ,but you can't get it over here. I just don't like maple anything !!

Thanks everyone for all the great replies:thumbsup2

Jo I would like the crepe pancakes with Golden sypup ,but you can't get it over here. I just don't like maple anything !!
You can't get golden syrup in the States :faint: Well that's it I'm not moving there ;) :rotfl2:

Woke at 6:30am and we were at the bus stop by 7:20am (better than yesterday:))

The bus driver asked if anyone had any questions and no one did so he kept asking us questions.
Here are the ones I can remember: (see if you can answer them)

How many monorails are there???
What colours are they?? (Give at least 3 colours)

He was hilarious, he said that today was his first day as a bus driver and that his previous job was at the LMA stunt show so hold on tight :rotfl2:

When we got to the Magic Kingdom we were one of the first guests but we didn't get chosen to open the park. Ellie pin traded till we were allowed to go in and then we had to wait. For the train that is we had seen the show millions of times and it is always the same!

Jess I think a million times maybe a slight exaggeration :lmao: I like the opening show, I always tear up a little!

Whilst the show was going on Ellie caught the streamer and Dad took some pictures :thumbsup2 Here they are!
040.jpg

043.jpg

When we got through Mum thought it was clever to catch the train but we had to wait for ages  We rode the train to Frontierland. We went and fast passed Splash and rode it, Ellie loved it and we said we told you so :thumbsup2.

Yes for some reason I thought it would be great to go straight to the train, jump on and ride round. Well what we (I) didn’t realise was that they don’t allow you onto the train that is there, so we had to wait, when we got to Frontierland we still one of the first there so all was good!

Ellie has refused for the last few trips to go on Splash and finally this year she braved it, guess what her favourite ride is now? :headache: :rotfl:

This is a blurry rednecked photo, we’re at the back!

044.jpg

We rode BTMRR at the back YAY!! Dad squished mum on the corners and I purposely squished Ellie :rotfl: We sung: Put your hands in the air and wave them like you just don't care Hey!! It was so much fun. We went up and down and as Ellie describes it we flew out of our seats. When we got off a CM called Omar said Hello and then we went and rode it again, we got straight on it again. We were at the front though so it goes really slow and all 4 of us didn't like it as much!! We got off and Omar remembered us and said “Hello again.” It was so funny. We didn't stop talking about him for the rest of the day!!

The girls have suddenly gone from holding on very tightly to the bars on roller coasters to waving their hands in the air  They had so much fun though!

045.jpg

Next mum dragged us HM which had no wait, Yay for mum not me, I hated every minute of it till we got off and I was still shaking. I hated going down backwards in the dark. A CM at the beginning scared me by staring at me all the time till we went off. All the ghost effects were clever but I hated it and I was nearly crying!!!

Oh Jess you baby you, at least you found the hidden Mickey, right :thumbsup2

Next went to Fantasy Land and Mum went to FP Peter Pan’s Flight but she was still too early so we went on IASW much to my disgust. This is what I said: Yeah we all know it is a small world Grrrrr.

Jess loves IASW really ;) it has to be ridden once every trip though right? :lmao:

Mum, Ellie and I went on Teacups whilst Dad Fast passed Buzz and we got bonus passes for Carousel of Progress.
Some pictures of Ellie and I on Tea Cups.

048.jpg

049.jpg

(I tried to get photos like Dawn took but it didn’t work so well!)

It started to rain so we used our FP’s and went on CofP when we came out it was still raining so Ponchos on! We went on Buzz using our FP’s and got more for later we got bonus ones again! Dad won the first time. We then went next door to laugh floor and sat near a lamp, Mum’s theory didn’t work as we didn’t get picked!! This little girl was boo and she was so cute, she got told to play peek a boo and her Dad put his hands over her eyes. The 2 characters said: She has really big hands. :rotfl:

Another must do each trip is CofP, I love the catchy tune much to the girls disgust although Ellie now sings along too :lmao: And yeah David won Buzz, even with me reading up on the highest points targets

We were all starving, as we still weren’t eating at normal hours so we got 2 funnel cakes, we made a mess, Ellie and I loved the sugar that was left! We went on Pirates and we always choose the wrong slowest side. We got off pirates and headed over to our meal.

Ooooh I love funnel cakes, all four of us were covered in powdered sugar :rotfl:

Guess what our next meal is??

Click here for the next installment!

Ohhh, I get 3 updates for the price of 1! :thumbsup2 I'm posting this and then going back in to edit...

OK, now that I'm 1st to reply, at least this time, here I go...

Well, I just knew that Test Track would be your first ride... and I'm betting that you went on it 14 times during your trip. :cool2:

BTW - thanks for the color coding - it makes it much easier to know who is writing what! :goodvibes

Sorry about LeCellier - maybe they were just having a bad day? :confused3 You're in trouble now that Ellie has decided she likes steak! $$$ Before you know it, you'll be foodies and eating at the fancy places! :rolleyes1

Goofy Candy Co. treats! YUMMY! Great choice! :thumbsup2 I think there's enough sprinkles on there to make even Brenna happy!

Sorry about David's cap. I hope you can find it someday. I can keep an eye out for it, too - just PM me the details of what it looks like.

I can't believe how early you guys have been getting up and out! Amazing! I love the morning show at MK! :cloud9: Yes, I knew about the morning show train being different from the other trains - we learned that on the Magic Behind the Steam Trains tour. Glad you still made it to Frontierland before the crowds!

Jess, I didn't know that you don't like HM?! That's Brenna's favorite ride!

Now, the teacups are not my cup of tea... no pun intended! ;) But great pictures!

Ummm.... let's see... your next meal is at the Crystal Palace?

Let's see... is it TS or CS? At MK or a monorail resort?? Help a girl out here, Jo! I wasn't privy to your itinerary!

How many monorails??? 8???

Red, blue, yellow, green, black, purple, grey, and I don't know???

Great update Jess!

I'm so sorry you didn't like HM!

There's a gold one, I know. It's outlined in black and my DH calls it the Purdue monorail.
